Yejin stood with Taehyung and Bora in the cafeteria. Ara walked over to the trio, her books in hand.

"What are you three up to?" Ara asked, placing her books down on the table. She opened her bag and threw the books in.
"Nothing much. Just hanging out." Taehyung responded, turning his head to look at the female. Ara nodded and sat down beside Yejin, "How are you?"
"I'm fine," Yejin replied, "How about you; how are you?"
"Same." Ara stood and walked to Bora's side to sit beside her. They two got into a whole conversation that sounded like it could date back to a century.

"The bell is about to ring, I gotta go." Ara said, grabbing her bag and leaving the cafeteria. The trio also stood, leaving the huge space.

"Hey, Yejin." Jungkook said, seeing the girl pass by him and Jimin. Yejin took a glance at the male, scrunching her nose.
     "Hey, why aren't you—"

"Quit talkin', rabbit face." Jungkook stepped back from the female. Bora snorted, raising her hand up to cover her mouth and nose. Jimin placed his hand on Jungkook's shoulder and stared at Yejin, confused. Just last night she was like their best friend, but now she was like the enemy.
"Yejin, stop. That was rude." Taehyung said, reaching his hand out to get a hold of Yejin. Yejin shook her head, blinking uncontrollably, realizing what she had said to the boy in front of her.

     "I'm sorry." She ran away.

🥀

Bora walked up to Jimin right before he left the lunch line. Jimin looked around the crowded space, then at Bora. Bora smiled, "i see you didn't say anything to him...not even after she ditched you two yesterday to hang out with Taehyung?"
Jimin opened his mouth to reply, but stopped himself. How did Bora know about that? She wasn't with the two, otherwise she would have been in the photo. How did she know they were supposed to hang out?
"I'll tell him later. Don't worry."
"When is later, Park Jimin?" Jimin's grip on the lunch tray tightened. His glare got more dark as she continued to speak.

"Your time is ticking, Park Jimin. Tell him, or I will." Bora walked away. Jimin walked over to the trash and threw his food away. He walked over to his table with Jungkook.

     "Where's your food?"
     "Not hungry."

"Hey, guys," the soft voice trailed off. The two males looked up to see it was Yejin. Jungkook scooted over to let the girl sit.
"I'll be back," Jungkook said, getting up and leaving with his tray. After throwing his food away, he walked into the bathroom.

Jimin stared at Yejin, his focus all on her. Yejin looked at him also, then got awkward at the staring. The girl looked around, avoiding eye contact.

     "What's your game, Min Yejin?"
"What are you talking about, Jimin?" Yejin questioned, placing her hands on the table.
"Why are you doing this? Haven't you played with his feelings enough? This game of yours is getting old, Yejin. We're graduating soon, stop being childish." Anger rose up in Yejin's spine, her palms rolling up into fists.

"Why don't you mind your own business, Park Jimin? You don't know anything."

A moment of silence between the two. Jimin pulled back, sighing. He drew invisible circles on the table, shaking his head.

     "I'm sorry."

"Quit saying sorry. That's all you've been saying lately. It has lost its meaning when it comes from you." Jimin blunty said, standing, grabbing his bag and Jungkook's. He left the cafeteria, taking Jungkook along with him.
