Chapter Twenty-Six:

Peter

Seeing Vanessa last night was amazing, I hope to see her again. I'll hunt her down when I get home from this trip.

"Okay, drink lots of water and I'm gonna get you a vitamin C pill. You cannot get sick, okay?" Betty said tapping Ned's face as we exited the hotel.

I rolled my eyes at the sight of these two, they have been all over each other this entire trip.

"Thanks baby." Ned grinned as she walked away

"Hey, man. Are you sure you're good?" I asked patting his back.

"Oh, dude, I'm fine."

"Okay." I had to make sure he was okay after being shot in the neck by Nick.

"Seriously, getting tranq'd in the neck by Nick Fury, probably the coolest thing to ever happen to me anyway." He cheered, I had to laugh at him being so cool with being tranq'd

"It is pretty awesome."

"Yeah." We did our secret handshake and continued to walk behind our class.

"I'm just happy I don't have to go to Prague." I sighed in relief, but I wouldn't mind going with v.

"Good news! We're going to Prague! Huh!" Mr. Harrison yelled and I looked at him mouth Gaped open.

"What?" I panicked

"Prague?" The class whined, we were supposed to be going to Paris.

"Yeah, tour company called. They upgraded us. You should've heard me on the phone with them. I really gave them hell. All I heard was crying." I knew where this was going and we rounded the corner and there was a big black bus waiting. "Look at our upgraded ride."

"Peter, wha-- What's going on?" Ned asked confused.

"I think Nick Fury just hijacked our summer vacation." I looked towards the door and Dimitri was standing next to it with a sign with "Midtown High" printed on it.

They had us board the bus and we were still waiting on something.

"This is Awesome." Ned said looking around as we got to our seats.

"Yeah. Awesome." I groaned as I plopped down into my seat. Ned sat behind me with Betty.

"Mr. Harrison...are we leaving soon." Flash whined.

"In a second, the new chaperone who funded this upgrade is coming." Who would be coming? Definitely not Nick...

"Hey, Sorry just had to make a phone call." A familiar voice said sweetly getting onto the bus. I looked up and saw Vanessa standing at the front.

She had on a similar pair of glasses that nick gave me last night. Mr. Stark must have left something for everyone.

"Holy Shit, it's Vanessa Stark!" Flash grinned standing up. "Hey peter your hot Ex-Girlfriend is taking over our field trip."

"Shut Up, Flash. I'll send you home." She sneered and he quietly sat down. "Hey Guys, the Tony Stark Science/Robotic Fund has decided to donate some of our money to your science trip. We hope you enjoy your upgrades. Any questions?" She asked and of course flash raised his hand.  "Yes?" She sighed.

"Where have you been for the last 8 months?" She sent him a glare and smiled sweetly.

"Any questions regarding this trip."

"Why did you and peter break up?" Ned asked and I turned around at mouthed to him 'Shut Up'

"During the blip I was dating Captain America. And when peter returned I decided it was best to break it off. Now are there actually any questions? No? Good. Let's go Dimitri."
