BEEP BEEP BEEP...BEEP BEE- I quickly open my eyes the best I can with the bright sun beaming through my curtains and into my eyes to turn off my alarm and look at the time.

5:30am

I slowly sit up yawning and stretch my arms and legs, after hearing a satisfying pop, I get up and sluggishly walk to the bathroom to take a nice and steamy shower. After I get out, I brush my teeth and add some Cantu hair cream into my hair then throw my hair into a messy bun once I'm done I change into the clothes I put out last night and check my phone for the time

5:45am

I noticed that I have a message from my bestieeee Ashanti and instantly unlock my phone to text her back ( Ashanti in italic- (Y/N) in bold)

5:45 Heyyy gurlllfrann! I miss you too😩 It's beautiful out here😍, plus the house we moved into is big af and there's a BBall court close to my house soo you know I'm bout to head over there

5:46 I ain't even surprised that's the first thing you gonna do on a !SATURDAY! You see any cute boys yet 😉

I close my phone and head downstairs to see my mom making breakfast, "Morning ma, why you up so early" I said as I sit at a barstool that's in front of the island, "Why are you up so late" She answers me with sass(now I see where I get it from) "Aren't you supposed to be on your way to the court by now"She asks while setting a glass of orange juice and four pancakes with chopped up strawberries on the side in front of me, I scarf down as much as possible before saying "Yeah but Ashanti texted me and I lost track of time" She shakes her head while saying "Teenagers, always make plans but can't seem to stick to them" I quickly say "Actually mom, I'm a young adult" She looks back at me intensely while saying "You're what ever I say you are lil girl" and walks out of the kitchen before I could say anything else. I soon finish my breakfast and wash the dishes, checking my phone for like the millionth time today

6:10am

I speed walk over to the coat closet and pull out my AF1's and quickly put them on and run out the door but not before telling my mom bye. Like I had said before the BBall court wasn't that far from where I live so running there was like a 3 minute trip, as I turn the corner -BAM- I run into what feels like a dude's chest, this guy would have to be at least 6ft 2 for me whose 5ft 5 to reach his chest. Anyway, with the speed of my running knocked me off my feet and straight on my ass, as I open my eyes that I didn't even realize were closed I see a hand extended to me that belongs to...... a nice looking boy and I take his hand and immediately start to apologize "Ohhh, I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention and didn't even see you there" He smiles at me and says "It's alright, just watch your step next time around" and with that he walks away in the direction I just came from. That'll be the last time I run around not paying attention to my surroundings... I start walking since the court's entrance is like 10 steps and I don't think I can handle another awkward encounter without exploding lol. As I walk into the court I notice that there isn't that many people in here, a couple of girls laughing and getting ready to start a game together and some dude's doing their own thing, I decided to stick to myself while walking over to a rack full of basketballs and take one since I left my lucky ball at home. I make my way over to the net while dribbling in the process I shoot from three point line and make it with ease, I retrieve the ball and make another three pointer then a layup after I retrieve the  ball again and I hear clapping from behind me.  I turn to see the group of girls are the ones that are clapping and I walk over to them and a girl with brown, medium long hair is the first to speak up " Nice job with those three pointers, I'm Katlynn" She points towards two blondes one with short hair and the other with slightly longer hair that's standing to her right " That's Anastasia and beside her is Lena, obviously you can see there twins". They coincidently wave at the same time... weird right? Anyway I introduce myself and make a new contact in my phone for each of them, they also do the same. I ask them if they want to join me and they all happily agreed to, as hours passed we played till until we're tired.  We all said our farewells and the three of them went their separate ways but not before saying they will text me as soon as they get home, with that being said I check the time.
