Something to Hold on to

It had been a week since the twins got to New Orleans. To say that the first days when they arrived had been a bit tens since they had never met a lot of supernatural being except their own family.

Now vampiers and wolfs and even a fairy and a Phoenix was just on another level.

The first day the twins followed their new parents to see the entire estate and their business. Kol and Davina showed them where Freya was working.

"Welcome to Rousseau's" Freya says standing beside the bar. She was happy to see their new addition to their family.

She walkes over to look at the girls and gently asked them if it was alright for her to hug them in which the twins gladly allowed her.

Freya was proud to announce to her staff that the two girls was her niceses and that Kol and Davina reasently became parents to the two teens. The staff welcomed them and the chef came out with food for them since they didin't want them to leave the place hungry.

"I am Pablo and I'm the head chef here. When you come here you will never leave this place hungry and I will make sure that my kitchen staff knows that" he proudly said.

The girls was speachless since they had never met people this friendly to them before.

Once they were done they went to the hospital where they met Kaileen was working.

They found out that she was married to Freya and was trying to have a baby that was their own biological. It interested the brunette on how they would do that.

They found out that she actually owned the place since her parents was the one who opend it once they had found a peaceful place to live. They worked together with the Mikaelsons and that's how Freya met Kaileen.

She was also the one who provided human blood to the family since there was people who liked to donate. Mostly her staff took the blood from people who was about to die after they had been in a severe accident or coma. That way it was humane and still with the family's permission and no rules were broken.

After they had been at the hospital they went to see Rebeckah who suprisently worked as a police. She even had her own office in the station with her own squad. 

"Oh look who is here my two beautiful nieceses" she says and hugs the girls.

Josie and Lizzie quickly got used to Rebeckah's touchy feely ways and they liked how she often hugged them.

"We wanted to show the girls where their youngest aunt worked" Kol said with a smile.

"Im happy to see my two girls. You are always welcome to visit me anytime you want" she told them and they nodded happily.

"You girls want to hear the funniest arrest I've ever incounterd?" She asked them and they quickly nodded their head.

"It was in the mall under Mardi Gras, it's a big festival before summer" she started.

"We got a call about one guy who got stuck in one of the claw machines. He saw Pikachu and wanted to have one but he didin't have money so he decided to get inside the machine and get one"

The girls was shocked and started to giggle.

"Needless to say that he didn't think about how to get out of the machine and we didn't either. In the end the owner had to bust the window to get him out and we arrested him" their aunt said making the twins laugh.

They ask why she was working as a cop and she decided to tell them about the history of how New Orleans became their home and how they lived among the humans as it was nothing.
