Kurapika Pov
We were walking, when I realized something on Y/n. It was some sort of headband with a leaf symbol on it. 'I wonder what it is' I thought. 'I'm going to ask her' I thought before I started talking "hey, y/n," I got her attention. "Yeah?" She turned around to look at me "What's that tied around your waist?" I questioned, pointing at her waist. (Yes we Stan Rock Lee style) "Oh, this?" She tilted her head. "It's a headband that we use to signify the village we're from." She replied with a timid smile on her face "Oh," I replied "What village are you from?" I asked her "Oh, I'm from the Village hidden in the leaves" she answered my question almost instantly. 'I've never heard of that village' I thought. Just as I was about to ask her where the her village is, we arrived at a house. We walked in and saw a woman and a man, the wife helping the man who was injured. Out of nowhere a creature showed up, grabbing the woman. "My wife!" The man shouted
Y/n Pov
"My wife!" The man shouted. "Leorio you stay here and let us get her and those creatures!" Kurapika shouted while running through the window. Gon followed him. You used your censor Jutsu to sense the beast's Chakra. "Why are you just standing there do something!" Leorio shouted at you. "Wait a second old man" you said slightly pissed off. You looked at him, then looked back outside and used your teleportation Jutsu to find the beast that Kurapika was Chasing. You knocked it's head and that caused it to drop the woman.
Kurapika pov
I caught the woman just before she fell, then I saw her wrist. I brought her back to her 'Husband' and I saw Gon, Leorio and Y/n waiting. When I got there I stood beside Y/n. The Beasts Let us all pass and flew us to the city. He pointed to a restaurant. "There's no way the hunter exam takes place in there!" Leorio shouted.
Y/n Pov
Gon Managed to go to every stand before we entered the Restaurant. When we got in, the brother began to speak. "We would like to get to the back room" he stated. "What are you having" the chef replied "the Steak combo, the one that will make us see the light." He started "make it three" He put three fingers up. "A combo for three? How do you want them cooked?" The chef asked. "Grilled over a low flame until done, please" the brother answered "got it. head to the back room."
-in the back room-
"I can't wait for that steak Combo!" Gon shouted in excitement. "Gon, that was just the code to get us in" Kurapika informed the Green-haired boy. "Oh.. so we don't get to eat?" Gon asked with a slightly saddened tone. The man left with only us left. We sat down in a chair. We started talking about how not everyone can handle the Hunter Exam. This scared you a little bit. "A hunter means more money than anyone in the world!" Leorio shot out of his chair and grinned "Wrong!" Kurapika protested. "People become Hunters to join the worlds most noble profession!"

"Goody-Goody!"
"Selfish Money grubber!"

You and Gon were just watching "Gon! Y/n! There's a list of the richest Hunters ever!"
"There are other hunters that seek treasure and wild game. But they're second rate. True hunters work to maintain order in society and nature!"
They continued to go back and forth on you and Gon trying to make you two agree with one of them. Then the elevator pinged. We were at the top of the tower. We all walked out and saw a bunch of other contestants that were here before us. They all stared. Everyone was on edge. Then a man came and Told us to take our badges. "Please take your numbered Bages!" Leorio got number '403' Kurapika getting '403', Gon getting '404' leaving me with '405'.
Hunter Exam, here we come. You sighed and heard a Man call you out "Don't think I've seen you before!"
