Showing off every minuscule of life sacrificed
And every courage that helped truth prevail over lies
With the same attitude of the glory of a new breaking dawn
I come forward to don - my Saffron
While reaping the crops of the seeds that were sown
Of the purity, chastity and peace that has grown.
And the experience and wisdom gathered over the years of guiding light
I come forward to don - my Royal-White
The agricultural lands of growth and fertility
The lands that represent optimism and fraternity
To represent the auspicious lands and it's every event
I come forward to don – my Viridescent
Moving forward is an effort that I represent
For life is dynamic and stagnant is death
And thus I don – my Ashok Wheel
To vow and move forward with my every breath
Representing the 24 aspects of living
While I don – my 24 Spokes, I sing,
Aura-charisma-expressions-enthusiasm-hunger-rage
Wrath-pride-prejudice-love-admiration and hate
Happiness-envy-sadness-ambitions-greed-gluttony
Power-sloth-revenge-memories-destiny and fate.
And even though I have such variant colors
I exist as a single entity
I might have diverse cultures and traditions
However, my colors co-exist in unity.
