I stare at Derek's message and cant help but smile. He just does that to me,makes me smile for no reason. Oh shit. I think i have a crush on him. Damn...

Leo and i are in her room,chilling. I still haven't replied to his message and i honestly dont know why. I miss him too so why dont i just say it. Leo goes to the kitchen to fetch us some snacks and thats when I take out my phone to reply.

Derek: I miss you already😢💔

Kiari: I miss you too big head✌😗

I close my phone and Leo walks in with a big bag of Doritos, two bags of jelly beans, two chocolate bars and apple juice for the both of us. This child can eat. She hands me my juice,throws all the goodies on the bed then flops down next to me on the bed. I look at her.

Leo: What?

Kiari: So much food?We just had McDonalds.

Leo: A girl's gotta eat. Plus im not gonna eat everything now.

Kiari: Oh...

I check my phone its Derek and again i smile.

Leo: Ohhh i know that smile. Is that Derek texting you?

Kiari: Maybe...

Leo: It is him! Kiari's got a crushie

Kiari: Shut up and eat your chips Leo😂

Derek: Just chilling on my bed,you?

Derek: Cool so have you guys come up with a plan to convince you parents yet?

Kiari: Not yet but we'll think of something and let you know. I have to go,chat later?

I close the chat and dig my face into a nearby pillow so i can hide the big smile on my face from Leo. I know she is looking at me with a grin on her face but i dont care she cant see me like this. Its so cute how Derek calls me Kiki. It makes me blush. I never really liked that nickname but now that he calls me that i cant help but love it. "Ughhhhh im turning into a simp!" i say out loud and can't help but laugh at myself for sounding so stupid
