(Y/N)'s POV
"(Y/N) I'm home!" Dad yelled. "Oh hey dad how was work?" I replied "It was great, although I didn't have lunch because of a villain attack" he said in an exhausted tone. "Yeah I saw it on the news, you know you can be vary stupid sometimes." I said "Hey!" He barked.
"What? its true, I'm just stating a fact." I said with a giggle, recently dad and I moved to another town, just to get away from all the craziness that's happened over the years, we wanted a new start and of course Karma didn't like that at all he kept on begging me to stay, which is so unlike him, and I kinda thought it was funny.
But his begging didn't do much, we still moved and right now we're in Musutafu, Japan, the city where one of the most prestigious hero school stands. Yuuei High (or UA) a school I've always wanted to go to, I've tried telling my dad about it, but he was too busy with hero work so I never got the chance, but that will change today.
" Hey dad, can I ask you something?" I asked while serving our dinner "Sure ask away." He replied. I took a deep breath and asked him, "Do you think maybe next year I coul-" but before I could finish my sentence he cut me off," Wait before you ask your question I have a surprise for you." He said "Oh? what is it?" I asked.
"Well....I got you into the UA recommended!" He said with a cheery voice, my jaw dropped.
My reaction made my dad chuckle, I was frozen in place by the surprise so my dad took the dishes and washed them, when he was done washing the dishes I lunged at him and gave him one of the biggest hugs."Thank you, Thank you! I love you so much!" I said with happiness "Haha its no problem (Y/N), I just want you to be the best hero you can be, just like me." He smirked. "Really dad?" I sighed "What? Its true I am the best." He said while pushing me off him gently, I sighed "Your hopeless, and your only the number 4 hero." I stated
"Whatever... Now go to bed, tomorrow we have to head to where the entrance exams are being held." Dad said with a smile while we walked up the stairs, "Okey good night dad, I love you." I said as I entered my room "Good night (Y/N), I love you too." He said then he kissed my cheek and closed the doors to my room.
Yep tomorrow was gonna be a great day
