She is an android created by Dr. Gero to kill Son Goku like every other android but had been actually given the saiyan genes of Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, (Future) Trunks, Goten, (Kid) Trunks, Pan and Bra
She was considered a failure and too dangerous so she was sent to the sub lab and sealed away from the world completely forgotten about so she was mainly shut off and even used for part's for other android's since she is a full android just with saiyan genes. She had only one arm now because of this and broken down body, she is in need of desperate need of repair.
