Chapter 26| Bad news

Y/n's POV

I walked going home with a smile on my face. Finally, I remembered him, and everything is already back to normal, just like the first time Beomgyu and I met. I enter my apartment and immediately went to my bedroom. Suddenly, my phone rang indicating that someone is calling me. I looked at the caller's ID and saw that it was my aunt from Japan. There's a big question mark in my head. She rarely calls me....

"Hello?" I started.

"Y/n-ssi? How are you?" My aunt said from the other line.

"I'm good. Is everything okay there? How's my brother? Grandpa? Grandma?" I asked. She suddenly became silent and didn't answer immediately.

"Auntie.." My voice trembled. I suddenly because became anxious and nervous. My aunt rarely communicates with me because we're not that close, so her calling me must be something serious.

"Auntie..." I called her name again. My voice cracked and my heart started beating fast.

"Y/n-ssi, you need to come here..." My aunt finally said something.

"What!? Why?" I widened my eyes. I have to go to Japan?.

"Ummm... Y/n, the thing is, your grandparents are terribly ill right now. I should have told you this a week ago. I've been taking care of your brother and your grandparents for two weeks now and I can't take care of them anymore. I have kids and you know here in Japan, work is everything. I'm really sorry Y/n." My aunt said.

"We can only visit them once a week and that's it. Actually, you should be proud of your brother. Even in a young age, he's very responsible. He takes care of your grandparents and still maintain a good grade in school. You know, he's on the top of his class." My eyes became teary of what my aunt said. My brother is like that? Awh, I'm very proud of him.

"Just continue your studies here Y/n. As of now, your brother and grandparents really needs you. They need someone that can look up and take care of them everyday. " My aunt continued.

"Okay auntie, I'll be there this week. Thank you, for informing me and taking care of them these past weeks." I said.

"It's okay. Thank you also Y/n. Well, I'll be expecting you. I'll inform your brother about this. I will also send you the excuse letter to give to your school. It's signed by me and I already put there the reason why you have to transfer. Bye and take care Y/n." My aunt said.

"Thank you auntie. Goodbye and take care as well." I ended the call. I sighed and lied down in my bed. I'm really worried about them. I hope they're okay....

"Yah! Y/n!" Someone shouted my name. I looked behind me and saw Beomgyu running towards me. I look at the back of him and saw Taehyun with wide eyes.

"Did you ate your breakfast?" Beomgyu asked. I suddenly remembered what I did yesterday. I cleaned my apartment since I will be gone for a long time. I also packed my clothes and my things that I will need in Japan. I was really busy yesterday that I didn't even manage to wake up early and eat breakfast today. I'm just really tired....

"Yeah." I lied to Beomgyu. Taehyun approached us and smacked Beomgyu in the head.

"Yah! Why didn't you wait for me!" Taehyun said.
