Jungkook Pov
Morning came faster than I wanted, I looked at my alarm clock and it was already 9 am?! God! I slept in?! How long had it been since I slept in?! I smiled remembering Y/N slept in the bed yesterday and her "barrier". How stupid. Laughing inside, I looked for Y/N but she wasn't in bed? Where did she go? She left for work already? Aah, anyway the matter's not of my importance. Removing her from my mind, I lifted myself up from the bed and walked to the washroom. I had a quick shower and after dressing up in comfy clothes. It was Saturday after all. I was heading to go downstairs when my phone rang. I took it up and..Jimin? Why is he calling me? Strange. Nevertheless, I took the call.
Jungkook : What?
Jimin : Did you see the paper yet?
He sounded a bit..nervous?
Jungkook : No. I didn't..? What's wrong?
Jimin : Umm..well..umm..I bought you a paper today morning and kept it in your mailbox...wait...Did you just wake up?!
Jungkook : Yeah. Got a problem with that?
Jimin : Wow!! That's different. I can't remember the last time you slept in. Well, that's a good thing, Jungkook.
I was getting impatient.
Jungkook : Why did you call me?!
Jimin : Yeah..right..So, I guess news travels fast when it comes to you. Your marriage is on the front page.
What? I stayed still.
Jungkook : You got to be fucking kidding me!
Jimin : Sorry boss, but its true. Am literally holding one now with your face all over it. Its all about you and Y/N.
I groaned and scratched the back of my head.
Jungkook : I fucking hate reporters.
Jimin : Me too. Just called to give you a heads up. You might be getting some calls tomorrow.
Jungkook : Yea..right..thnx.
Jimin : Now go enjoy you day with your wife.
Jungkook : Shut up Jimin. Besides, she went for work.
Jimin : Ooh..well then...Bye.
Jungkook : Yea..bye.
Hearing his slight chuckle, I hung up.
Damn! I didn't want to deal with this. Not now!
Taking a deep breathe, I walked out of my bedroom only to be hit with a fresh aroma of food. Y/N? She didn't go yet? I followed the smell only to find Y/N setting up the table. I cleared my throat. Her eyes met with mine.
Y/N : O..Oh..Jungkook..Good morning.
Jungkook : You don't have to go to work?
Y/N : Oh..I was a bit tired. I thought of taking a leave. Its okay though.
Jungkook : Hmm..okay..
Finally diverting my attention to the table she was setting up..
Jungkook : What's this??
I rarely eat at home. I always go out to dine.
Y/N : Oh..I thought we could talk over breakfast.
Her calm and sweet voice came out.
Jungkook : You made this?
Y/N : Yes..?
She looked at me confused as in why I would have asked like that.
