The seasons come and go like thoughts of you
Gou had never to fall in love, again. His first love was a boy named Tokio. They met on a trip to the Johto Region. For Gou, it was like love at first sight. The two walked in a forest looking for Celebi. It then turned to night time. The two of them had promised to meet at their meeting place.
After Gou had left, Tokio had frowned. "I'm sorry..Gou.."
Each painful but delightful to live through.
The next day had come. It was a cloudy day, but that didn't stop Gou from being happy for seeing his newfound crush. He ran into the meeting place and waited for Tokio for minutes. Minutes turned into an hour. Gou's once happy face turned into a sad frown.
"He...He forgot.." Gou felt a drop of water and gasped as he looked up to see rain. Gou clenched his fists and screamed, "Tokio you jerk!"
You came into my life just like another season.
Never did Gou expect to fall in love with an optimistic boy. That optimistic boy was Ash Ketchum. Gou was always scared of falling in love. He thought the same thing would happen. But he saw Ash differently. Gou felt warm when he was always around Ash. He felt happy.
But I'll cherish everyday till you my way this season.
Tokio frowned as he saw Ash and Gou happy together. It was supposed to be him and Gou. Tokio clenched his fist tight.
The seasons turn and change just like your mind.
Gou and Tokio stared at each other. Gou had a glare on his face while Tokio held a face of gult. "Gou I-" "You left me. In the rain!"
Like the sun gives into the moon into night
Tokio averted his eyes to the side. "And the worst part is...I loved you Tokio!" Tokio's eyes widened and his eyes quickly went back to Gou.
Time continues marching it slowly crawls.
Tears fell from Gou's eyes as he clenched his fists. "So you have no right to ruin my relationship with Ash." Tokio's eyes then turned into a hard glare.
Maybe this season, you'll reappear for no reason.
"What's so special about Ash?!" Tokio asked harshly. Gou scoffed. "He was there for me. He never broke the promises I made! Unlike you. He was there for me and never left me alone!"
With each new one starting, I recall..
"He just came into my life like a new season..I never thought I would love again, but that soon changed after I met Ash. And I love him.." Tokio's face darkened.
You came into my life, just like another season.
"You left Tokio. Do you even know how much it hurt me?! You just vanished."
Not for long just a time, just like another season.
Tokio stood quiet. Gou scoffed and turned around. "Goodbye Tokio."
Maybe this next year you'll reappear for no reason. But I'll cherish everyday till you come my way this season.
Years had passed. Gou and Ash had finally gotten married after Ash had proposed. Everyone was so happy. Except Tokio..After his talk with Gou, he felt heartbroken. It was his fault after all. But he then found someone. Someone who helped him.
Everything was just happiness.
Each time of year carries memories, like a never fading whisper in the breeze.
Yeah we will keep on changing just like another season.
Don't want another day without you by my side, oh this season.
You came into my life, just like another season.
Not for long just a time, just like another season.
Maybe this time next year, you'll reappear for no reason
