You knock on the door. You smile as he opens it. "Hello Fergus." He just kinda smirks "What brings you here?" You hold up your ripped dress. "Some stupid boy tried to get in my knickers. I beat him bloody, but he ripped my dress up pretty good. Think you can fix it?" He raises an eyebrow. "When haven't I been able to fix something you brought me?" You laugh. "Oh Fergus such confidence in yourself." So he takes your dress and sits down to work. Yes you know he's an awful drunk who beats his son, but you still like him. He's nice to you, and he always treats you well whilst everyone else does not. He's a total gentleman when he's not completely drunk. He's not the most handsome man you've seen but he's average. He's not fat but not too toned. He's average. That's how you'd describe him. He's an average alcoholic. "Done." "Thank you Fergus. What do I owe you?" "Well I'll settle for a kiss." You laugh. "You know I won't kiss you Fergus, you're still married." "You know she's a whore." "That's why you married her. So how much?" He tells you and you pay him. "Wait?" "Yes Fergus." "I just want to tell you... Thanks for always being here for me, and for always treating me well." "Of course Fergus. What's this all about?" "Nothing. It's nothing. Have a good night." "You too Fergus." You head home. You wake up and find out about Fergus. You cry and mourn him. You notice you feel a bit off today. After you found out about Fergus it was like something minutely changed in you. You're not sure what but something did.
