2 weeks. It has been two weeks since Ben Parker's death, and a week since his funeral.

I was sitting in Peter's room, my back against the wall as I watched him sleep. He had only been asleep for a few minutes, but it felt like hours. Every time he came to school, he would leave, saying he should be at home with his Aunt.

And every time he left, I had the feeling he was doing something bad. I just knew it.

I snapped my head over at the window, hearing the blaring of police sirens. I turned to Peter, who was still sound asleep. Standing up, I picked up my back, opened his window, and jumped out of it, landing in the alley way.

Unzipping my backpack, I pulled out my black and white spandex suit that Mykie had made me, pulling my hair back as it turned white. I stripped down faster than the blink of an eye, my suit on just as fast.

I slapped my mask on, my eyes turning white as I flung my bag in the air, using one of the new powers I discovered I had by sticking it to the wall. I flew up in the air, blasting my way towards the sound of the sirens.

It was one of the classics, an apartment complex was on fire. There was a woman screaming and crying at a fire fighter, something about her baby still being in there. I saw someone point at me, everyone staring as I blasted my way into the apartment building.

The noise of a baby crying was all I could hear, sending myself into flight mode as I kicked a door open, running to the cradle and picked up the baby. I threw myself out the window, floating down in front of the woman who was crying.

"Oh thank god. Bless you, dear. W-What is your name?" She said, her old sunken eyes staring into mine. I smiled, nodding at her.

"Phantom. You can call me Phantom." And with that, I flew back up into the air, making my way back to Peter's house.

I changed back into my clothes, coughing out some ash. I jumped, my hands gripping onto the railing of the metal stairs that rested on the side of the apartment and climbed up. I crawled back into Peter's room, setting my bag down. I looked at Peter for a moment before I sat down next to him on his bed, gently shaking him.

"Peter?" I said calmly, hearing him grumble in answer. "Peter come on. We should get you out of the house." He opened his eyes slowly, looking up at me. I smiled weakly as he sat up, resting the back of his head on the wall.

"Can't I just sleep my life away?" He asked, looking at me with puffy eyes. I chuckled, shaking my head.

"If you did that then I wouldn't get to see you." I said as he closed his eyes, nodding. "Come on, Peter. There's a new ice cream shop that opened just down the street." I said, standing up. Both of our phones buzzed, me and Peter grabbing them as the Daily Bugle notification popped up.

"The Phantom has once again come to the rescue." Peter said, frowning.

"All she did was save a baby from a burning building. I've seen Iron Man do better." I said as Peter laughed, standing up. Hearing his laugh brought a smile to my face, as he hasn't laughed in a long time.

"Hey Felicity. Have you heard of that Spider-Man guy?" Peter said as we walked down the street to the ice cream shop. I shrugged slightly, looking at him as my hair blew in my face.

"I've seen news articles on him, but I haven't seen him. I think he may have stolen your name, Parker." I said with a small chuckle, playfully pushing him with my elbow. Peter chuckled nervously, nodding his head.

"Maybe. He's pretty cool though, don't you think?" He asked, facing me as we walked up to the shop. I shrugged once more as I ordered my ice cream.
