The deafening silence. (a mindless behavior story)

All coupled up!: Chapter 6.

I woke up to my alarm.

I yawned, and crawled out of bed.

I did my usual hygiene and decided to do my hair differently today so I put my hair in a long fishnet plait at the side and let my side fringe down.

I got changed into a checkered/plaid oversized purple blouse (unbuttoned) and wore a grey vest top with black skinnys.

I walked back downstairs and looked in my mothers room. She was in the same position as always, laying on her side, facing away from the world. I sighed and walked along.

School.

I walked down the corridor to my locker. I opened it and looked for my book.

"urgh! look who's here!" Tiffany snarled.

I sighed and close my locker.

"cat got your tung?" she said sharply.

"maybe I could slap some words into you!" she said louder.

Suddenly some arms came around my waist.

Tiffany's mouth dropped.

I turned my head a bit to see braids.

Ray kissed me on my cheek and I smiled.

"hey babe" he said.

"hey boo!"

I looked over at tiffany who looked like she was going to pass out.

"h-hi r-ra-y?" she said hesitating.

"sup tiff?" he said still cuddling me.

Man if I had a picture of her face!!

"so wat lesson do you have first?" he said looking into my eyes.

"Science you?"

"Physical ed"

"Kay see you in English!" I said peking him on the lips.

"see ya boo!" he said letting go of my hand.

I looked around at some people still staring, I could see the sock all over there faces.

I smiled and walked off.

Man did it feel good to see there faces!!

Lunch.

All through English me and ray were flirting. I didn't even pay attention to the sub.

Ray held my hand as we walked into the cafeteria.

We sat down at his usual table and was greeted by creepy smiles from his friends.

Me and ray looked at each other then back at them.

"guys your kinda freaking us out..." ray finally said breaking the silence.

"weeellll...." Evelyn started.

"you guys all lovey dovey!!" Tynisha said in a weird voice.

"yeah when did this happen?" trey asked leaning in.

"yeah guys we want all the details!" jacob said leaning in also.

"don't think we didn't see..." craig continued.

They were all leaning in at this point.

I laughed at ray as he looked at me with a confused look on his face.

"y'all so noisy, you know that?" ray said

"yeah yeah, whatever... Now tell us!!" Jacob snapped.

"well we just got together..." ray said nervously.

" *cough* more *cough* details *cough*" Evelyn said.

Ray looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"guys we just got together and that's all. I got ma girl and it's all good now will you stop being so nosy and eat!" ray said laughing

I blushed when he said my girl.

Ray smiled at me and put his arm around me.

"awwwww!" everyone said in unison.

Me and ray rolled our eyes and giggled.
