one day society will succeed at making all the teens hate themselves for different reasons.
one day society will have its wish.
one day society will kill all the teens
one day society will win
one day society will get what it wants.
one day there will be no society to judge cause everyone will be dead .
one day there will not be another
one day it will be the end.
make society not win your fight. make sure you kill society in your mind. don't let society change who you are because there is only one you. please make all these teens stop dying. make them feel like someone is there for them. make bullying stop. Make all the pain go away.
I know this will never happen. you can't truly get rid of all the pain in the world. Just make all the pain go away inside you. please try to stop harming your body or self.

if you haven't burnt yourself today I'm proud of you
if you ate today I'm proud of you
if you haven't had a suicidal thought today I'm proud of you
if you haven't thrown up today I'm proud of you
if you were actually truly happy today I'm proud of you
don't stop trying. we all have battle scars. don't be embarrassed by them. we all are in the same game just different levels
suicide doesn't take the pain away it just gives it to someone else
don't let the monster inside kill you. make the monster listen to you. tell the monster that you are worth it, that you do deserve to be here. tell it that it doesn't control you.
I know most of these things are hard to do but promise me this.
that you won't let the demon win.
