toxic waste- can create toxic waste that can destroy anything it touches in an instant, but if he inhales the gases for too long he starts to hallucinate. those around the gases will also begin to hallucinate but it takes less time for them (5 minutes for others, 15 for him).
toxic goo- a toxic gooey substance that can turn into shapes, but he mainly uses it as whips. if he touches it, he will get chemical burns.
*overuse of quirk causes his eyes to glow a bright neon green and acid will pour out of his eyes and mouth. will either burn his eyes to the point he goes blind or will choke to death. leaves burns in his throat and on his face.
