Uttara and Hameer exchanged their rings and the atmosphere filled in immense claps as people wished them. Both the families were happy and really hoped their kids will start behaving like matured soon..

Soon it was time for Sidharth's and Simran's engagement... Sidharth looked at Sameer and both walked on the stage confusing Shehnaaz a bit.. she thought Sameer came to accompany Sidharth.. but to her astonishment...

Sameer walked in front of Simran and declared, "Simran, I love you...."

Shehnaaz's eyes almost became white as the earth slipped out of her feet.. what the hell is wrong with Sameer...? what the freaking hell is happening..? Shehnaaz expected shocking reactions.. but except her, everyone seemed to smile on that proposal... Shehnaaz was about to shout, "what.."

but Simran, who lost in Sameer, cut her before she could even start, "I love you too Sameer.. I love you so much.." she was in tears as she hugged him tight...

Shehnaaz was about to faint.. not practically.. but Sidharth came and saved her.. hugging her.. Shehnaaz snapped his hand glaring at him.. she wasn't practically fainting..

Sameer's father was happy for them and clapped in appreciation catching Shehnaz's attention..

Shehnaaz was losing her patience, "what is happening here..? Simran.. I thought.."

Simran cut her with a smile, "its true Shehnaaz.. Me and Sameer.. we love each other..."

Shehnaaz was shocked.. she looked at Sidharth who seemed unaffected, "Sidharth.. ye sab.." she trailed off as she was seriously confused.. why was there no reaction from Sidharth..? he is acting like... oughh...

Sidharth smiled and heldher hands softly, "its true Shehnaaz, Simran and Sameer love each other.."

Shehnaaz closed her eyes in frustration.. what on the earth was Sidharthtalking about, "but.. you and Simran.."

Sidharth moved closer to her and cupped her face to sooth her, "I don't love Simran..."

Shehnaaz's heart almost stopped beating and she snapped open her eyes.. she stared into his eyes searching for something and she was able to find it.. but she felt scared.. the same thing she was dying to see in his eyes.. she was scared when she finally saw it..

she instantly moved away, "what do you mean..? is it a joke...? what the..."

Sidharth once again moved closer and took her hand in his firmly this time, "its not a joke Shehnaaz.. its life.. Me and Simran realized we never loved each other.. it was just an infatuation... I never loved her.. I could never.. because.."

"because.." Shehnaaz became motionless as she missed several beats.. what could he never love one else..? Her eyes searched restless in his eyes...

moving even closer, Sidharth planted a kiss on Shehnaaz's forehead, making her close her eye...

"because I was always in love with my Shehnaaz.. then how can I love someone else..."
