Ah, the dreaded first day of school. Alice was expelled from his old one for beating up one too many kids. And so, here he is. New school he couldn't care less about and new people he didn't want to talk to. He went through his first few classes, not saying anything besides when a teacher called him up to introduce himself.

"I'm Alice Yabusame." He said quickly, wanting this to be over with. "Tell us about yourself, Alice." The teacher prodded. "Look, I don't want to know about you, you don't need to know about me." He snapped, before walking back to his seat.

On his way to the back of class, he noticed someone who caught his eye. A small, almost unhealthily pale boy with teal hair and a green beanie. He couldn't see the boys eyes, they were down and focused on a book.

He slowed for a moment, before shaking off his feelings and kept moving towards his desk, directly behind beanie boy. He sat down, slumping in his seat and crossing his arms, half paying attention to the teacher, half staring at beanie boy's head.

A few more classes, a little bit more glancing at beanie boy when they were in classes together, and it was lunch time. He bought some food, and looked around for a table. There were groups and cliques at every table, except one. Empty, except for the beanie boy he'd been tracking.

He sighs, walks over, drops his food on the table, and himself a few seats away from the other male. This surprised the smaller, who looked up from his book he was still reading and directed his attention to the multi-color-haired male.

"H-hey, you're Alice. The new kid, right?" Said male looks up and into the other's eyes, Seeing their color for the first time. A beautiful, deep, blue. He blushes a tiny bit and nods "I'm Shin." He holds out a small, pale hand. Alice moves closer to shake it. Just this small contact sent warmth through Alice.

"So why'd you switch schools this late in the year?" Shin asked. "Beat up some kids." Alice responded, not afraid of being honest about this. To his slight surprise, Shin wasn't scared of this. He looked even more interested now, if anything. "Oh? Why? If ya don't mind me askin.'" He smiled, making Alice's blush worsen. "They were makin' fun of me. Callin' me a fag."

Now this made Shin slightly surprised. "Fag? Are you gay? Don't mean to sound rude, just wondering." Alice took this moment to study Shin. His thin body is covered by a jacket, scarf, and jeans. Very soft-looking, messy, teal hair. His eyes, bright and curious. No malicious intent in them. Alice felt he could trust the other. "Yeah." He said shortly, going back to eating his food.

"Cool. Me too." Shin stated. Now, it was Alice's turn to get surprised. He thought Shin would ask questions, maybe even scoff at him. But no, just 'cool. Me too'. A comfortable silence fell over them as they finished their lunch. The bell rang and they stood up.

Shin held out his hand again. "I look forward to our next meeting." He smiles.That damned smile... Alice thought, a small bit of pink dusting his cheeks once more. Taking his new acquaintance's hand, they shook and parted ways.

For about a month, the two would talk when they could. Meeting at lunch, and partnering up in class. They opened up about their dreams, ambitions, and other things. Talking about whatever they wanted. Except for one thing.

"You got any crushes lately?" Alice suddenly asked during lunch. Shin almost choked on his chunk of food. "Eh, there's someone I've got my eye on. Too nervous to talk to him 'bout it though." He replied, blushing. "Why'd ya ask?" He wondered aloud, curious. "Got my eye on someone too." Was his simple reply, continuing to eat. "Ah."

They sat in silence for a bit. "It's you." Alice suddenly said. Shin blushed. "W-what?" His startled reply. "I like you. A lot. Even love you maybe..." Alice blushed furiously, avoiding Shin's gaze. Shin was speechless for a minute before speaking. "Cool. me too..." He blushed too, Alice looking down at the smaller boy. "C-can... Can I kiss you?" The magenta-eyed boy asked. "Go ahead..." Shin consented, his voice quiet.

Alice gently cupped Shin's face in his hand, their eyes meeting for a second before their lips met. Alice's slightly rough lips are surprisingly gentle on Shin's soft, shy ones. The kiss was full of pure love and care. It only lasted a few seconds before they pulled apart, both blushing still. "So we're boyfriends now?" Shin asked. "If you wanna be." Alice responded.

"I-I'd like that..." His quiet voice said. Their lips met once more, a bit longer but still quick. "Cool." The bell suddenly rang, startling both students. Before they parted ways... "Shin?" "Yeah?"

"I Love you." 

Shin smiled. "I Love you too."
