The fight

Abigail's POV
Griffin gives me a tour of the house and then we sit down to eat. Kio made pizza for dinner and surprisingly it tasted REALLY good. After we were all done eating Griffin said he needed to talk to me. He's taking me back isn't he. I should've known.
Griffin- So Abby, I have to tell you something, but you can't get mad." Ugh. He's definitely taking me back. I thought that he wasn't like that, but I guess I was wrong. I stayed in silence expecting him to tell me to pack but he didn't.
Griffin- So, you're going to a public school! I think it would be nice for you to make some friends and socialize with more people!" My jaw dropped. That was NOT what I was expecting AT ALL. I don't want to go to school!
You- WHAT! I can't go there! I'm gonna get bullied!" Ok now I'm mad. Griffin looks me in the eye.
Griffin- I'm sure you won't, but either way you're going. End of discussion." He turned around to start walking away until I shout,
You- NO. I. AM. NOT. YOU'RE SUCH A DUMB FRICKING JERK!" (Gotta keep it PG)
He turns around and looks at me the angriest I've ever seen him. He looked like he wanted to kill me and I was petrified.
Griffin- What did you just call me!" His jaw is clenched and his hands are in fists. Great. I back away from him with tears in my eyes. I put my hands up in defense and keep backing away until my back reaches the wall.
You- I-I'm sorry! P-Please don't h-hurt me!" I say in between sobs. I was genuinely scared.
He sees how scared I am and his face softens.
His jaw isn't clenched anymore and his hands aren't in fists anymore. He looks worried?
You- Aren't you gonna got me?" He shakes his head side to side.
Griffin- No. I'm not gonna hit you now or ever. I'm sorry I got mad, I just want what's best for you. And I think it's best for you to go to public school. I'm sure you'll make lots of friends."
He smiles at me and I wipe my tears away and walk closer to him with my hands by my side.
You- As much as I don't want to go to school, I will. I know you just want what's best for me and I'm sorry I called you that. I was just mad."
All of a sudden he wraps his arms around me and hugs me. I don't know why, but I feel safe in his arms. It's only 7:00 and an idea pops into my head. Back in the orphanage I would paint a lot so I think that what I want to do.
You- Hey, do you guys have any art supplies here? Like a canvas and paint?" (All of the boys came downstairs a couple minutes ago)
Jaden- Yeah we have some in the basement. I'll go get you some." I smile at him as he gets the art supplies. When he gets the stuff I go upstairs and paint some space themed paintings and then go back downstairs to say goodnight to everyone.
You- I'm going to bed, night guys."
Griffin- Goodnight, remember to set an alarm for 8:00." I nod and the boys say goodnight to me as well. I go back upstairs, change Into a hoodie, do my night routine, set an alarm and fall asleep feeling the safest I have ever felt in a while.
