Chapter 2

I woke up and I was at the end of the stairs covered in my own red nasty gooy blood! My head is pounding and my face was hurting I couldn't move I crawled to the couch that they put down here just for me no lights no candles no food no heat and no one!just my luck today I thought I was actually going to die the basement door opened and a very strange looking creature with a badge on his shirt "miss this is the police are you down here I can help please don't be afraid I'm not going to hurt you" he said just then I tried walking towards him, but then I just fell but I didn't pass out well that's the first "miss are you alright and I knew that's when I finally passed out.!
I woke up strapped to something I looked down and it was hospital things what ever there called I tried getting up but as we all know it hurt like a bitch "emma please don't get up" I looked up and there stood a nurse holding a clipboard with a pen in her hands "what happened" I said trying to remember what happened "your parents are in jail now so don't worry" she said just then I remember the yelling and the screaming and the pushing I started bawling like a little 2 year old when they weren't aloud to get something from the store "honey you need to calm down for me please stop crying I need you to answer some questions for me" she said patting my shoulder trying to calm me down "I-I was adopted when I was two and when my parents i-I mean mr rose and mrs rose took me to there home they forced me on the bed they finically hurt me I mean I was two for fuck sake they already had an older son he was abused to" she cut me off "wait is your brother jay rose the one that was stabbed and is in the other room" when she told me that I froze I was in instant shock "wh-what my b-brother is no they did this to him there going to pay for it" I said trying to get up from the hospital bed "miss your to hurt to get up just lay down the doctor will be in, in a few" just then that old nurse left the room and the doctor came in "hi miss rose I know you must be terrified but the good news is no broken bones and your brother is perfectly fine" he said with a smile that smile was so friendly I couldn't help but smile back "s-so can I leave" I said looking into the doctors eyes "in two hours here's some medicine to take away the pain" I took the weird shaped pill and crammed it down my throat he left and I felt a little tired just then that's when I fell into a dark trance called sleep
