2. Lost In A Sunset

***Long Chapter***

POV- Kristina Alice

I flickered my eyes open closing them immediately because of the blinding sun coming through the window. I look down at Grayson sleeping peacefully, his lips slightly open with soft snores.

I still felt horrible from last night I might not know Grayson that well but I still didn't mean to cause him that much pain.

I laughed at the position we were in, as I giggled Grayson shifted in his sleep waking up slightly.                "what's funny?" Grayson asked scaring me to death " You scared me I thought you were sleep!" He giggled "what time is it?" he asked. I looked at the clock "GRAYSON we are gonna be late, get up" I said He looked at me almost getting up immediately "uhh what am I going to wear??" he asked in a panic tone, "we can stop by yours to get some clothes" I said while trying to get my shirt on He looked at me as if I were stupid "Kristina no we don't have time!" Grayson said, as I was finishing up putting on my clothes.

I decided to skip doing my make-up and find Grayson some clothes. "You look like you can fit some of my clothes, I can get you some black skinny pants and a Travis Scott sweatshirt?" I said in a hurrying tone "yes yes that's fine, I have that sweatshirt at home so the kids at school might not notice it's yours" He said, I digged in my closet for the clothes, when I found them I tossed the clothes to Grayson. "come on we need to go" I said while trying to get my backpack. I looked at Grayson waiting for him to get out the door so I could lock it.

As we got in Graysons car I put on my seatbelt signaling Grayson to put his on too " we are gonna have to skip breakfast today" I said, He nodded looking at the road concentrated. I was still thinking about yesterday how Ethan was probably so broken inside, he shut everybody out even his Twin brother, all I have to do is be there for Grayson and let him know that he isn't alone but at the same time I'm twice as lonely with my mom gone and my dad not even in the picture. I frowned thinking about all the stuff that has happened in my life. My thoughts got interrupted by Grayson saying "Come on, We are here Kristina" I quickly got out the car trying not to be late on my 2nd day of school.

As me and Grayson entered the school we both hurried to our locker. Trying to get our necessary supplies for our next class, I was still new trying to find my way around the school which was hard because the school is very big and I don't have any friends other then Grayson but he's already off to his class. I look down at my schedule remembering I have class with Ethan next, mentally rolling my eyes I walk to Mr. scuppies class.

I got to the classroom just in time right before the bell rang. I walked in the class and immediately everyones eyes followed me as I sat down at my new assigned seat. The teacher came in and the focus was off me "Good Morning class" Mr. Scuppie said. I looked over at Ethan who was looking down at his phone, I was still mad at Ethan for what he said yesterday but I still felt bad at the same time. Before I get caught staring I put my attention back to Mr. Scuppie.

"Today we are going to be doing a project you will be taking care of a baby with your partner, Yeah that's right partner each and every single one of you are going to have a partner AND I get to pick who" Mr. Scuppie said, Everyone groaned but me. I sat there patiently waiting for my name to get called, "Angie with Alex annnd Kristina and Ethan" I raised my hand " Wait what did you say" I asked, Mr. Scuppie looked at me and pushed his glasses up "I said you and Ethan, now come collect your baby" He said patiently. I sighed looking at Ethan still on his phone

I got up and grabbed a baby. "Now class this project will have to be a after school thing so you and your partner will have to get together to take care of the baby, you will be recorded on how well you take care of the baby and yes this depends on your grade for the semester" Mr scuppie says. GREAT now I have to be partners with Ethan "push your desk together with your partners" Mr scuppie says.
