Unfinished beginnings

Chapter 5

Harry's pov 

I wake up to hear ron and hermione talking quietly I can't quite make out what their saying. I yawn and get up. 

"Morning harry how did you sleep?" 

"Good mione how about you?"

"Good wanna go get breakfast." I nod and throw on some black ripped jeans and a black crop top with black combat boots. I ruffle my hair so it's messy but in a organized way. I yawn again and walk out the door. I follow mione and ron out of the room and to the great hall. 

"How was detention?" ron asks

"It was okay I guess I had to clean the classroom." 

"That sucks man also dumbledore wants to talk to you after this." I smile and nod. I am starting to think what I heard them say was real. Ron is acting different around me.

After I ate I walked up to Headmasters office and knocked on the door.

"Ah harry my boy come in come in." 

I walk in and sit in front of him. 

"So we have heard that Voldemort will be attacking us in two months and we would like to be prepared for it." 

"HERE?"

"Yes our spies that infiltrate his circle have confirmed he is going to attack us at the castle." 

"What are we going to do we are not prepared for an attack on school grounds."

"That is where you come in you will have to lead the majority of the troops away from the main parts of the castle. So me and the other leaders have come up with a plan. You will lead voldemort into the forbidden forest and kill him there. There are going to be casualties but you need to understand that it will be hard."

"Yes sir I am prepared to make sacrifices if needed I will not let this castle and us fall to him." 

His eyes twinkle and he smiles. "Good the fate of this school and world lye's within your hands." I nod and start to the door. "Oh and harry." I turn to look at him the twinkle gone. "Don't let me down." I smile and nod I push out the doors I go change into my robes and walk to potions.

I walk in the door and sit in my normal spot next to Draco. I hear the door bang shut and a flip of a robes. "Good morning class today I hope the majority of you will be testing your potions if you are not there I expect you to be by the end of class." 

I look to Draco. "whos taking it?" I ask him

"I am sure not so that leaves you." I nod and take the water like substance from his hands. I drink it and scrunch my nose at the slightly salty liquid. 

"Okay what's your name?"

"Harry james potter" He nods

"How old are you?"

"Sixteen." 

"What are you afraid of." 

"Living." He laughs at my response.

"Hey don't laugh at me." 

"Fine then who is your mate?"

"I don't know I know there in this classroom but I haven't quite pinpointed who it is yet it is quite hard to figure out." 

He looks around the class. 

"Who do you hope it is." 

"I don't wanna answer that because I have no clue." He laughs again and rolls his eyes.
