Chapter 7

"Can you get another beaker from the stockroom Tao?" Chen says as he pours chemicals in a large beaker.

Tao sighs and put his phone in his pocket. He gets off his seat, and heads to the stockroom

"Chen do you know what you're doing?" Kai asks.

"Of course. I know everything I need to do. Besides Jeira's on the other table. We could always ask some help if we screw up everything." Chen looks over and smiles.

"You mean when YOU screw up? Since all I can see is you doing all the work over there." I say glancing at Kai.

"Hey I'm doing some work too you know!" Kai says.

"Oh really? What do you do then?" I say crossing my arms.

"Moral support" Kai winks and Chen rolls his eyes.

A moment later Tao comes back from the stockroom holding a flask and places it on the table.

"Tao I said beaker not flask!" Chen facepalms

"Huh? I thought you said flask?!" Tao exclaims.

Kai snorts at Tao's mistake. "Uh no, he said beaker Tao."

Tao glares at Kai. "Then why don't you get it?"

"Why should I? Chen asked you and you made the mistake. You go return it and get a new one."

"Hey I'm taller than you!" Tao argues

"So what? That doesn't make any sense." Kai's laughing his head off at this point.

"Guys! Just shut up I'll go get it myself." Chen shakes his head and leaves the beaker on top of the burner.

"Watch it while I'm gone."

As soon as Chen turns around, Kai and Tao high-five and go look at something in Tao's phone. Probably porn.

As you can see we're all partnered up today and Chen is unlucky and gets partnered with Kai and Tao. While I'm partnered with Sehun and this cute guy who has black hair, round eyes, pale skin, and a cute dimple.

"So what do you need me to do?" Cute blacked haired guy with dimple asks me.

"Well the experiment is kinda easy and all we need to do is follow the steps." I say pointing to the lab manual.

"I can help you then." He grins and his dimple appears.

"Thank you, uhm.." I look at the spot on his shirt where the name tag should be but its missing.

"Jungkook. My name's Jungkook" He says and extends his hand for a hand shake

"I'm Jeira." I say taking his hand.

Cough

I turn to my side and see Sehun staring at us with the apparatus in his hands.

"I just left for a minute and you're already flirting with our lab partner. Nice." He says setting the things down on the table.

"You were gone for 15 minutes and it shouldn't have taken you that long to get the materials." I roll my eyes at him.

"And we weren't flirting. We were just introducing ourselves." I explain

"Whatever." Sehun says "Just try not to screw up the experiment"

What's his problem? He wasn't this rude during the new year's party.
