Isabelle's secret.

            With a sleepless night and bags under her eyes  from tossing and turning thinking about what happened and what she should say, Isabelle got up and got dress. She then tried and sneaked out of the house without running into the boss by looking in all directions for him she was almost to the front door when she heard a familiar voice from behind, "leaving so soon?,Won't you want to have breakfast first before leaving?" Isabelle froze  her nervousness was back with shaky hands and legs she turned to see the boss leaning against the  hallway which leads to the  front  door. "Oh good morning,I actually was about to get breakfast on my way to work.", replied Isabelle. "You forgot? You were suppose to come to my house first before you go there so either way you still have to be here." "Oh,I forgot. Alright I'll wait." "Why don't we have breakfast together.",suggested the boss. "Gosh I could eat an entire wedding cake at this point but I have to refuse or should I have breakfast with him?", Isabelle thought to herself for while. "Ok,let's go." Said Isabelle with a smile on her face.

When the boss saw Isabelle leaving.

            
   There were awkward silence as they both ate their breakfast,"how is he still normal after what happened last night?",Isabelle thought to herself. She then decided to break the ice by saying, "listen ok I am sorry about last night but the truth is that ever since I was a little girl my parents died and I was sent to live with my careless uncle who when I ask for something he had a cockroach and would threaten me with it and ever since then I was scared of cockroaches. There now you know  my secret." After spilling her heart out to him she turn to see his face in a sorry look but when he realized she was looking at him his face changed quickly to a serious one. "Oh I didn't know, well I'm sorry.",the boss said in a deep, serious,kind of sorry mixture  voice. "Today I was going to look  for another  apartment but they said that the agency would open up back until next week so can I stay here until then?, I will pay rent and everything. I will even cook, anything you like.",asked Isabelle in a regretful tone. "Why did you ask him that, are you stupid?", Isabelle thought to herself. "Ok but once you can pay it on time though.", replied the boss. "Huh?, wow! he does have a heart after all.",Isabelle thought to herself.

            Moments pass and Isabelle was at her desk doing some work when she  looked up to see boss staring at her with his index finger flicker back and forth as an indication for her to come into his office. "Yes sir, what do you need?" "Get a car ready for me." "Ok." A few minutes later she came back," it's ready sir ." "Good let's go." "Us both? Where are we going?" "To go and see how our new project is coming along." Moments later  they pull up at a construction site. "Here take some pictures.", demanded the boss.  "So,what is this going to be?",asked Isabelle. "Our new department store." "Oh so that's the new project everyone applied for." "Yes." "Well it look's like it will be finished anytime." "Yes." They both spend the afternoon checking the construction site and then went home.

     It was one in the morning when Isabelle  started to feel hungry so she went into the kitchen to fix herself snack but as she was drinking her water she almost spat it out when she saw the boss sitting on the couch reading a book. "Oh hey sir,didn't see you there.", said Isabelle "it's not working hours anymore you can just call me Jackson but only after working hours or only if we are at home, ok." "Oh,well what are you reading there?" "The cottage,it's a good crime book.",replied the boss. "Oh I only read manga, it's great you should check it out.",said Isabelle excitedly.They both started to chat until they heard a noise from upstairs, they both went silent and stood up Isabelle being the scaredy cat she was hid behind the boss as they both went upstairs to check what was that noise.

When Isabelle was  surprised to see Jackson.
