I groaned as I woke up to a pounding headache and sore muscles. I felt like my entire body had been chewed up by a dragon and then spat out. I could feel Ground Zero humming within me and that alone was enough for me to immediately be worried.

Usually when I woke up, Ground Zero would immediately start ripping into me both mentally and physically about how I needed to talk to and confess to Icyhot. Of course, I always ignored him in favour of just going about my day as usual and pushing every emotion I had for Icyhot to the back of my mind. It just didn't seem right to me. He was my enemy's son. When I stopped considering Icyhot himself my enemy was lost upon me but that didn't change the simple fact that his father was my enemy. Not to mention the fact that I barely knew him beside the rumours which surrounded him. The is was very easy to remedy if I actually just gave him a chance, but I didn't want to get too close to him. Even if ( and I'm reluctant to admit this) he is strong, he's still a liability. I just couldn't get close to him lest he be placed in danger. Even if he was a stranger, I valued his life over me having love.

"Why are you so quiet?" I asked Ground Zero in my head, my mouth being too dry to even attempt to talk.

"Well, I finally got what I wanted." Ground Zero smirked smugly. I could picture his ruby eyes glowing with pride and his dagger-like teeth on display as he smirked. His words didn't sit right with me.

"What do you mean?" I asked, somewhat panicked.

"For a warrior King, you're not very good at keeping track of your surroundings. You don't even notice when someone else is sharing your bed." Ground Zero continued in a smug voice as his presence began to fade from my chest. A clear indication that he was withdrawing himself further into my soul.

At my dragon's words, I immediately sat bolt upright and looked over at the other side of my luxuriously large bed. Imagine my shock and horror when I'm faced with the sleeping face of one Shoto Todoroki.

My eyes wandered all over Shoto's body. His entire body was sprawled like a starfish. Thankfully for me, he was laid on his stomach. I briefly admired how fair and unblemished his skin was before I actually focused in on the point which should have been causing me the most concern. Shoto Todoroki was in my bed naked. As in he was in the nude. As in he wasn't wearing any clothes which insinuated something had happened. I closed my eyes and placed my head in my hands in a desperate attempt to remember what had happened the previous night which could have possibly lead to the situation I now found myself in.

I was dancing with Kyoka. Our feet stamping the ground and my ruby cloak, which I'd had Tores fetch, swirled around me. We both grinned at each other as our bodies flowed like silk as we danced the traditional dance of our tribe. There was a lot of foot-stomping, spinning and arm movements which all blended together to create a beautiful dance which told a warrior's story.

It wasn't long until Kyoka and I stopped dancing and her attention was pulled away from the music which made the air around us vibrate. Kyoka's eyes were drawn to her destined, Momo. She couldn't take her eye off of her as Momo drank and laughed along with the people around her. She had a pink tinge to her face which heavily suggested that she was tipsy if not drunk.

"It's weird to just stare at people, you know. You should go and talk to her, you're on good terms, right?" I slurred slightly. After 6 tankards of beer and several shots of fairy liquor, I was more than a bit past my limit.

"You think. Maybe I will go and talk to her. But if I talk to beautiful Momo then you have to talk to Prince Shoto!" Kyoka yelled. She was very loud when she was drunk. Nobody around us paid her any heed, instead of continuing to dance without a care in the world.
