Chapter 20.

Zayn's POV.

Every step I took towards my hostel, was forcing me to go back to her.

I felt like the happiest person on this earth right now. After such a long time, I am in a relationship, and that too with a girl who is such a sweetheart. Zara has taken my heart. Everytime I think about her, a smile makes its way on my face, and to be honest, my cheeks hurt now.

"Liam?", I knocked on Liam's door, trying to wake him up. He must have fallen asleep.

"Liam!" , I knocked harder.

"Coming!", I heard him call from inside. Thank God he is not a deep sleeper like me.

"Hey bro! What's up?", Liam said to me as he opened the door, "I was fast asleep man! All good?"

I pushed Liam further into the room and walked inside.

"I've got a good news!", I gleamed, floating my hands in the air.

"Really? And what is that?", Liam said in his sleepy voice.

"Zara and I are in a relationship now!", I squeaked.

"What?", Liam almost shouted in surprise, his eyes going wide, bringing him out of his sleepy state.

"You heard it!"

"Oh my God! Congratulations mate! I'm so happy for you!", Liam squealed, giving me a friendly hug.

"Thank you!" , I smiled.

"But how did this happen? I need to know everything!"

"Okay, I'll tell you everything.", I giggled, as I made my way to sit on the bed.

"Yeah quick quick!", Liam cheered.

I told Liam all that happened today, right from the point we met Zara on the airport, to the point she said yes.

"Oh my god! Zayn you're really lucky you know that right? Zara is an amazing girl!", Liam responded after I finished my story.

"Yeah I know that! Frankly speaking I still can't believe she is my girlfriend now!"

"I know! But I know you'll keep her happy, she deserves the world and you'll give it to her. And I'm very sure about it!"

"Thanks mate! ", I smiled.

Zara's beautiful face lingered in my mind and I sat there smiling to myself.

"Okay enough for today! Get your ass out of my room now! I gotta sleep!", Liam said, pushing me out of the bed.

I hit him on his arm and made my way to the door.

"Bye Liam!"

I didn't hear his reply so I turned around to find Liam already lying on his bed, curled up in his blanket. Lazy creature!

I shaked my head and walked out, closing the door behind me.

Woah! So much has happened in just one day. And I still can't recollect all of it.

I walked into my room and switched on the lights, making my way to my precious bed.

I removed my shoes and jumped into the bed.

I pulled out my phone from my pocket and stared at Zara's picture which was now going to be all over my phone.

I put it up as my lockscreen, background image and everywhere I could use it.

This pretty lady has driven me crazy.

I took out my earphones from the side drawer and plugged them into my phone, scrolling through my playlist.

Where Do Broken Hearts Go. No.

I wish. No.

Truly Madly Deeply. Yes.

I sang along as Zara's thoughts lingered in my mind all the time.I am truly, madly, deeply in love with her.

I think I should text her. Of course I should!

Zara's POV.

I was lying in my bed, recalling all that happened today. All the good things, and all the bad things too.

I guess it's time for me to move on, to forget my miserable past, and have fun. Of course this will happen now. I have Zayn with me now.

I felt my phone vibrate next to me.

*Hey! Asleep?*

Zayn! My heartbreats speeded up as soon as I read his name.

*Nope not yet! I miss you baby :(*

I am already missing him, even though he was here with me a few minutes ago.

*I miss you too love :* So vas happening? ;)*

*Nothing, Sasha fell asleep after teasing me for so long! And I'm in my bed, thinking about you x *

*Same here babe.. Zara.. I just wanted to say this again to you. Baby I love you with all my heart, and I promise I would never leave your side, no matter what comes by. And I really mean it :) *

* Zayn I love you, each time you say these things to me, I feel like it's all a dream. I'm so lucky to have you!*

* No babe, I'm the one who is lucky. And yeah don't worry, this is not a dream. It's all real. I have you, and you have me x*

I was smiling wide reading his message, when another message popped up.

*And yes, you're the most beautiful girl in this world. Remember that :) *

My cheeks are crimson right now for sure.

*I love you so much Zayn. :') Thank you! Thank you for being with me!*

*How many times do I tell you no thank you please! :/*

*Aww..baby's angry? ;) sorry sorry that was the last time I swear :P *

I put down my phone and curled up in my blanket.

I can't wait to see him.
