I had to start writing as my clothes were in the washing machine the plates in my dishwasher and but I was blank yet again for the past four days I have been on writers block and I really wasn't happy about that.
My deadline was coming to an end and I hadn't even written chapter twenty two but I knew it really wasn't my fault.
My head had been occupied by other things of late, like the letter. Detective Vaughn Rodrick called me yesterday and told me they had questioned everyone except Ricky who was out of town but but detective John said they were trying to locate him and bring him for questioning.
And that was the other thing on my mind lately , that name. Detective John Travis had been haunting my mind and dreams since the last day I saw him which was the day we kissed.
It was the another younger guy, to be precise a young rookie who replaced him, I had the feeling he brought the guy, knowing nothing will bloom between us but I knew that was a silly thought which wasn't what was happening.
John Travis was a handsome guy with arched eyebrows, brown eyes,a fine chiseled straight nose and a pink slender lips which made his face look maturely cute, he had a masculine figure which his athletic legs could carry, he was my dream man.

John POV.
As I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was to pickup my laptop and review the case I had been trying to solve since the last two weeks to no avail but my mind kept going back to Liza.
I couldn't help think of her, that was what I was doing since the kiss, that made me stop going to her house for the routine check-up, it was a rookie that was put in charge of the checkup.
Even though I knew nothing might go on between both of them I couldn't help feel uneasy with the thought of both of them, in the same space.
Because I knew someone like Liza could make any man melt so I knew he might not be am exception.
Immediately, I closed the laptop that was on my legs, picked my car keys and drove to Elizabeth Owen's house.
When I reached the front porch of her house, I rung the bell, when there wasn't an answer I felt nervous, I knew I wouldn't be able to explain what I was doing here if she asked. I was about returning to my car, when the door opened and a voice made me stop on my tracks.
"Hello, may I help you?" A voice that came from a young man asked me.
Turning, I said " detective John Travis....," I froze as I saw officer Henry in a green boxers and his sweatshirt, I didn't know what else to think than my earlier thoughts came through, the rookie fell for Liza.
Guessing what I was thinking, officer Henry said, "detective,is not what you think. The thing is that coffee spilled on my trouser and kind Miss Liza insisted, I give her the trouser,so she took it to the kitchen to clean it," he said while letting me in the house.
"No problem,is she there now?" I asked looking around.
"Yes, she is."
"Is everything in order?" I asked.
"Yes, John everything is just fine, officer Henry's trouser isn't actually okay, by the way," Liza said entering the living room and smiling at me.
"Oh that's fine," I answered, surprised she called me John without the detective in it.
"Well, officer Henry your gonna wait a little before you get your trouser unless you wanna wear it wet," she said smirking at him.
"Okay, I think I can wait a few minutes more," he said sitting down on the nearest couch.
