After my x-ray result and the check-up went fine, Dr. Kim suggested me to go home and rest for today. Jisoo assisted me to the lobby of the hospital where I can wait for her as she settles the bills.

I heaved a sigh and closed my eyes, the scene on the parking lot keep repeating in my head like a marathon. My thoughts were consumed by how Jungkook stopped the van using a hand.

"Hi!"

I shut my eyes opened, Jungkook was standing in front of me, his expression more like a smirk than a smile. I stared at him, trying to put the pieces together in my head. He probably have firm muscles under his oversize sweater but, still-imposible to stop an attacking vehicle with bare hands. One hand to be specific.

Even wrestlers would had worse injuries by trying but, as I can see he looks very fine. His hand wasn't even have a broken bones or at least some bruises.

"Y-you're here. . .had a check-up?" I asked hesitatedly even it looks like he didn't need it.

He just silently nodded, "I'm glad you're fine."

I stood up and moved a little closer to him, "Can I talk to you for a minute?" I whispered under my breath. He took a step back from me, his jaw suddenly clenched.

"Your sister is waiting for you." He seriously said and glanced to my sister who's standing near the front door.

I lifted a hand as signal to give me a minute, gladly she got the hint and just nodded. I looked back to the mysterious guy, "I need to speak with you alone." I insisted.

He glared, but it wasn't the same as that first day. I waited for his response, after a few seconds, he turned his back and started to walked. He walked really fast and nearly had to run to keep up.

As soon as we turned the corner into a short hallway, he spun around to face me. "What do you want?" he asked, sounds annoyed as he gave me a cold look. His unfriendliness intimidated me once again.

"You owe me an explanation." I muttered.

"I don't owe you anything."

I gulped, hearing some irritation through his voice as he keep his gaze at me. But, surprisingly that doesn't bothers me.

"How did you get over to me so fast?"

"I was walking near you, what are talking about?" His tone was ridiculously defensive, I know he's lying. I shook my head, "No. You're standing next to your car, across the lot." I insisted.

"No. I wasn't."

"Yes, you were." I spat.

"Lisa, I think you hit your head. . . you're confused."

"I didn't. I know what I saw."

"And what exactly was that?" he snapped.

It was hard to say the words out loud, where I could sound insane, but I tried to keep my voice calm and low. "You. . . stopped the van—you pushed it away with your hand. It left dent to Jaehyun's van, but you're not even hurt at all." well, that sounds pretty crazy.

He was staring at me, his eyes were wide and doubtful, but he couldn't entirely hide the tension to his face.

"You think I stopped the van with my hand?" His tone sounds like questioning my sanity, but I know it's just an alibi. He could be really a great actor for keep denying the truth.

I just nodded once.

He smiled mockingly. "Nobody's gonna believed that."

"I wasn't gonna tell anybody. I just want to know the truth" I promptly said.
