You have arrived at your old school in volleyball gear. As you walk through the front gates, a lot of students notice you and your gear. Many have recognised you as a famous volleyball player. There was one part of the fame, people know you as the rival of the wakatoshi ushijima. Despite your short structure and age, people respect you for your talent and skills, which help the fact you have beaten wakatoshi many times. People often call you by your nickname in the volleyball world. It would come to a surprise that you of all people would visit the school. Two reasons: one being that your boyfriend goes to this school. Two being you are alumni of the school.

So you went around the school and said a few hi, to your old teachers. Afterwards you have reached the gym where you can hear the good old sounds. Like people yell, balls being hit, etc. you went to the balcony to observe the current team and pick out some improvements. That you kept in mind and yet you notice your boyfriend there. But he seems to be on the sideline which you probably know why. On the other hand, Kentaro felt like someone was staring at him. To him it is weird because he hasn't done anything and he tracks the stare. With a snarl on his face to see who the person was staring at him. It turns out. It was his boyfriend who was staring at him with a smile of love. That made him blush and pout to the side. Which made some of the members stop and notice. They wonder who could make the mad dog blush and pout. But they continue the practice as it goes one normal.

However the coach still wondered, so they kept an eye on kentaro action. You smile at kentaro cuteness and the good old coach move. Thus Kentaro spots you a second time, you simply wave at him with a smile. Kentaro seems to glare hard at you, loving and hating your cuteness. This catches the coaches attention and follows the kentaro eyes line. To see you and gasp, which catches the players attenuation and okinawa ask "what's wrong coach?" but the coach didn't answer the iwaizumi question, but simply said "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" and point a finger at you.

 You simply smile and answer "I simply miss my old stomping ground" in a cheeky tone. This made the coach shake in pride and you went back to the balcony. And enter the gym so that you reveal your presence to make some of the members gasp in surprise. The coach says "don't give me that reason, you cheeky brat" you dramatically pout while you head to the side. then hold your heart to say "oh, you hurt me coach, you hurt my heart." the coach chuckles at your dramatic act. You smile a bit sinner tone, and continue "you're right, that's not my only reason for why I come here." you walk towards where kentaro is.

You say "I'm here to visit my lover." by the nickname of lover, that made kentaro blush harder. This made the players jaw drop, at shock, to find out that the mad dog is dating someone. Not just anyone, though, when iwaizumi asked "do you know him coach?" this time the coach answered "yes, i do. Everyone, this is (y/n) (l/n), the (n/n) in the volleyball world. And he's the one called the rival of wakatoshi ushijima. Also he's alumni of our school." in a pride tone. You wave it off and say "nah, I am not special. 

I just worked really hard and I was exposed to volleyball at a young age." in a nonchalant tone. This made the players have a taken back look on their faces, just by your words. Also you just dismiss the coach's words. Oikawa asked "how did (y/n)-chan meet mad dog-chan?" you look at the person, who asks you a question and realize that it's oikawa. The same one that wakatoshi talked about.

you smile and about to speak your story, but kentaro covers your mouth with his hand. You took this as a sign, he didn't want his teammate about your story. You took his hand and said "I understand." he nodded. Then Akira asks "How are you?" you answer "i am 17 years old" the everyone in the gym yell "WHAT?!" you blink in confusion and ask "what's wrong?" iwaizumi says "how?... you're short and alumni, yet you're the same age as us, third year." you made a 'o' shape with your mouth at realization, you answer "I skipped year of school" with a shrug off.

It seems to be an onslaught of surprise from you that seemingly attacks the player's heart. Soon time of practice was over, which made some players have to clean up. While others went to change. For you were waiting for Kentaro to appear in the changing room. That he did as well as some of the team as well. You decide to walk with them on the way to Kentaro home. But you get to know the team well enough and suddenly you got a phone call. You check your phone and find it was your childhood wakatoshi. 

You answer "hey, waka. What's up?" to your surprise you hear someone else's voice. "Hi! Are you (y/n)-san, the childhood friend of wakatoshi?" you cautious answer "i am, and who are you?" the voice answered "my name is tendou satori! Nice to meet you!" you got a confused face and said "ok... why are you using a waka phone?" Meanwhile you were talking on your phone, oikawa and iwaizumi were listening in on your conversation.

To their surprise and shock, they discover that you were childhood friends of wakatoshi ushijima. Kentaro, who knew about this, acted as normal as he did. This turns the attention of oikawa and iwaizumi that they question about you. But since Kentaro doesn't like oikawa, he doesn't answer his question. Only answers iwaizumi, soon you finish the call and reach Kentaro home, you bid the duo well. After you enter the house, and have dinner, etc.
