❝HOLY SHIT L/N! '' yelled Tanka as he watched his fellow teammate, Daichi narrowly avoid getting hit square in the face with a spike. The teams were divided, with Tanaka, hinata, kageyama, and y/n on one, daichi, tsukishima, yamaguchi, and asahi on the other.
Currently y/n's team was winning the second set with 20 points, while daichi's team tried narrowing the 9 point gap between them. They knew there was no way they could close it in time. How did they get here? Just a while ago they had y/n's team struggling to keep up.
Earlier in the first set, both teams were tied at set point. The anticipation in the room was thick. y/n loved feeling the adrenaline rush through her body. Everything was so new to her. The techniques that the members used and the attacks they would pull were frightening.
