Ayanna's pov
I woke up in a hospital bed. The only thing I remember was me crying about my dad and then Aug holding me telling me to wake up.
I opened my eyes and saw Aug sleep beside.
"A-Aug" I said trynna move him. My throat was dry as fuck to bruh!
On the low Aug kinda stunk... How long have I been out. Just then Nadi and Chris walked in.
"Nadi" I said still trynna move Aug.
"AYANNA!?" She screamed running out of the room causing Aug to wake up.
Aug started to go back to sleep until he looked up and saw I was awake.
"Baby?" He asked in a groggy voice.
I gave him a weak smile.
Aug hopped up and cradled me in his arms.
"Baby I was so worried about u!" He said squeezing me hard enough to where I lost all breathe.
"A-Aug?" I asked trynna catch my breathe.
"Huh?" He said still cradling me.
"I can't breathe!" I said letting out a little chuckle.
He let me go "sorry"
"What happened?" I asked sitting up.
It was silent as Nadi burst in with doctors.
"Mrs. Alsina are u alright?" The doctor asked
I looked over at Aug. "Yea I'm fine what happened?" I asked sitting up.
"Well from what your friends say you found out your father was shot, cried, then pasted out." He said looking at a clip board.
I then remembered EVERYTHING! I knew they had to lie about what had really happened. So I sat in silence.
"You have been out for two days now we were really starting to worry but I'll be back in a sec with release papers" the doctor said then walked out.
Aug then stepped toward me "Bae u-" I cut him off.
"Is he dead?" I asked looking down.
It was silent for a second.
"So y'all goin act like y'all don't hear me?" I said getting angry that nobody wanted to fill me in on what I did.
"Yea" Aug said getting out the bed then chuckled.
Everybody looked at Aug like he was crazy.
"Why u laughing" Nadi said
"Because when Ayanna shot that nigga the look on his face was priceless! And while he was bleeding out that nigga was screaming bout some "Don't let me die August! I got to much to live for!" Aug chuckled then sat at the edge of the bed.
Chris and Nadi looked at him like he had 3 heads or sum shit like that.
I giggled "... Y u ain't take a picture?"
Nadi and Chris gave me the same look.
"Y'all both crazy as fuck!" Chris said.
"For real! Y'all deserve each other!" Nadi said.
"Yea cause I'm crazy and she crazy so we just click!" Aug said while laughing.
I laughed "yea u damn right!" I said puckering for Aug to give me a kiss.
"I got u Bae" Nadi said coming over and kissing me then laughing.
"Awwww she on some straight lesbo shit!" Aug said busting out laughing.
"Ewwww! Wit'cho gay ass!" I said wiping my lips and laughing.
After a few seconds the doctor walked back in.
"Mrs. Alsina we-" I cut him off
"Call me Ayanna please" I said motioning for him to continue.
"Alright So Ayanna everything seems fine all your vitals are good so all you have to do is sign these paper's" he said gesturing towards his clip board.
"Is it ok if my boyfriend signs them while I get dressed?" I asked getting out of the bed.
"Sure" the doctor handed Aug the papers.
I watched Aug sign the papers as I walked in the bathroom.

I walked in the house with Aug trailing behind me.
"What you want for dinner?" I asked walking into the kitchen.
"Uhhhh I don't know... Let's go out!" He said sitting on the counter.
"Like fancy?" I asked getting down some Dorito's
"I was thinking more of like a turn up atmosphere but fancy is coo wit me ma" he said taking some Dorito's.
"Ain't nobody tell u to take my chips and nah let's go turn up" I said eattin a dorito.
"Ok let's do it but your the designated driver!" He said walking upstairs to our room.
"Y do I have to be the designated driver?" I asked plopping on the bed.
"Because I wanna drink tonight" he said walking out the closet with some clothes.
"Maybe I wanna get wasted to" I said
"Well u can't because I am" he said walking in the bathroom.
I sighed "fine but if u get to get wasted that means we do whatever I want for the rest of the week whenever I want to got it?" I asked going in the closet.
I then felt his arms around my waist and kiss me on the neck "deal."
I smiled and continued to pick out my outfit. Tonight is gonna be something cause I know Aug goin try and smash tonight when he wasted. This shit goin be funny as hell.
