Izuku was tired. Taking a bite out of a slice of bread he'd found lying about in a semi-collapsed grocery store near his car crash, Izuku felt extremely...drained.

He knew that he was probably consuming dust along with the slices of bread he ate, but it's not like every store was just teeming with untouched produce like it did hours ago.

Speaking of, it had been almost a day since Izuku's home had been destroyed, and with it, his life and practically all of his dignity.

'Fuck it, let's go hunt for food,' he thought, finishing up the third slice from the loaf he had eaten, and closing the rest of the loaf up.

Having been able to snag a decently intact bag from the back of his car after he realized wandering around the city without a plan wouldn't do much, Izuku stuffed the loaf in the main pocket, and set out.

Walking along the cracked sidewalk and stepping over and around things in his path, Izuku really had no clue what he was doing. He had been spending the last two to three years of his life preparing for college and the adult world; but certainly didn't compose himself for said world to potentially blow up.

The emerald-eyed male shook his head to rid himself of such thoughts, trying to wholly focus on the physical pathway laid messily before him.

Not like he was having much luck with that, although.

Izuku couldn't find anything better than a quarter-full peroxide bottle and a raided medical kit for his injuries, so he did the best he could with what he got.

He wasn't able to suitably stop the bleeding with the gash on the side of his stomach, so he ripped his jeans and tightly wrapped the strips around the cleaned out wound.

He told himself that it was most likely within his best interest to just quickly rip his other pant leg and replace his makeshift bandages sooner rather than later, so that he didn't pass out from blood loss at the wrong time or place.

Though Izuku was a rather idiotic human being, and responded back to himself with a "oh i should be able to last another 30, right?" He of course didn't even believe himself, considering there was no solid way for him to tell how long it has been. All tellings of time inside of stores and whatnot were entirely smashed to bits during the explosions, and he had nothing on him that could help him in the slightest.

Hell, he didn't even have anything on him other than bread and a backpack period.

For his ankle, all he was able to do was to make a ratchet stint with wood and his jean-bandages. It hurt like hell for him to walk, and his ankle took its sweet time to heal, but he dealt with the pain to the best of his ability.

Heaving a huge sigh, Izuku stopped his perusing down the sidewalk and lightly slammed his back into a part of a building that was still standing, and slid down it, and onto his butt.

Izuku brought his knees up to his chin and wrapped his arms around his legs, the perfect position for Izuku as he thought up some way to get through whatever in the fuck was ha-

"Excuse me sir, but we're gonna have to ask you to get up," a rumbling voice asked to the left of him, Izuku looking up at whoever spoke forthwith. Quickly sliding back up and turning the other way in order to run, Izuku rammed right into a buff guy in a black suit.

As soon as Izuku hit the ground again, he scrambled back onto his feet, ignoring his internal screams as they grew louder at the immense pain that exploded in his ankle and stomach, and tried to escape back the way he came, but was sourly put to a stop by a guy that looked similar to the man he ran into.

'Okay, either I'm dreaming, or I'm about to get kidnapped and taken to someone's evil lair...' Izuku deduced, not having the fight in him to try and avoid the handcuffs he was put in and the car he was limping towards with the help of the strange men. Allowing himself to be shoved into a huge, black SUV, Izuku winced and shifted in his seat while four other guys in black, each of them twice his size at that, got in the car with him.

They drove off, and Izuku laid back in his seat; only showing relaxation on the outside.

'It's almost as if they're all edgy teenagers who refuse to wear and use anything that isn't black,' he mused, patiently watching as the withered city of his whizzed past.

It took about 40 minutes before they pulled up to wherever they had taken him, and after about 20 minutes of just broken city, things eventually morphed into demolished forestation, and then that eventually evolved into fresh, beautiful scenery untouched by man.

The entire time they were barrelling through the forests, Izuku was confused in every way possible as to why they hadn't blindfolded him yet.

And at that thought, Izuku wondered how they had managed to get their huge, dirty hands on the stunning beast they were riding in.

'What the actual fuck is going on?!'

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Izuku didn't particularly enjoy being dragged out of the big, sleek car he was just kidnapped in, but he once again, didn't protest.

They arrived in front of what looked to be a huge prison that went on for miles; the ominous feeling it emitted giving Izuku the immediate chills.

One of the scary men grabbed his arm and went up to the huge gate that separated them from the huge prison he was being taken into; swiping a card reader with his own and waiting as the huge, metal entrance way swung open slowly.

Going through the gate and walking into the building, Izuku and the men were immediately taken to the reception, being given a dirty look by the guy behind the glass.

"Show your ID's," the man curtly said, making a "give me" hand motion and onto taking a couple seconds to scan the laminated cards the four males in suits held up with his hazel orbs.

Clearing them to continue on, Izuku and his guards walked down the hallway to the right; cells filled with two to three people each lining the left side of the hall.

None of the people in each cell he noticed just seemed like an every day citizen, scared out of their minds, and unable to do anything except wait and see what would happen to them.

'Why? What is the purpose of locking all of these people up? How did they even manage to kidnap this many-' Izuku questioned with awe. He cut himself off mid-thought as he limped into an even bigger area with seemingly-endless levels that spiraled for as far as Izuku could see.

The first floor had tables and chairs that could be installed at high schools, and there were two staircases on every level leading to the next.

Being pulled forward towards the left staircase on the first level, Izuku blew a piece of green hair that had flopped over his right eye in slight irritation.

'The only thing I should ever be convicted for his being too fucking gay,' he reasoned, mentally crossing his arms as he climbed the stairs.

A few minutes later, Izuku was tossed into a random cell, all by himself, still handcuffed and being left with his feathers ruffled.

Sighing and picking himself up so he could plop on the nearest bed, which was a bottom bunk to the left of him, Izuku chuckled quietly to himself.

'My life will never not be a mess, will it?'
