Zen's POV
Class has ended.
"Yehey! class is done! come on jabe i want to play volleyball with maureen and yzza"-shuni
"Ok shuni, Hey zen! wanna come with us for awhile?"-jabe
"yeah, ok, sure"-zen
I don't really know why im bored, i just am, leave me be hehehe!
After we chatted a little we went to the gym. I saw two girls playing volleyball, and their quite good. I wonder how long it's been since I stopped playing?
"Hey! maureen! yzza! let me play!"-shuni
"Sure, come on shuni"-yzza
One of the girls kept looking at me, I think her name was, maureen?
"Um..... excuse me? is your name by any chance? zen?"-maureen
"Uh.... yes, why?"-zen
"I knew it! aren't you a volleyball player at kornets university?"-maureen
"Um... yes, I was"-zen
Jabe's face was so shocked and so was shuni's, both there mouth's were open which made yzza laugh.
"Hahahaha! shuni the guys team played against his team last year, don't you remember?"-yzza
"no wonder he looked familiar! hahaha! come here zen let's play"-shuni
"Sure, It's been a long time since I played you know"-zen
we played for two hours straight.
****two hours later*****
"Wow that was exhausting!"-zen
The four of us layed down on the ground heavily breathing.
"Here zen"-jabe
Jabe handed me a bottle of water
"Uh... thanks jabe"-zen
"Oh! what's this?! why are you blushing zen?*grin* "-maureen
"Jabe why are you giving water only to zen? what about us? *grin* "yzza
"I'm not blushing maureen!"-zen
"I only had one bottle!"-jabe
We bouth shouted at the same time.
"I smell something fishy hehehe!"-shuni
"Shut up shuni!" We both shouted at the same time
"See?" the three of them said in unison.
My phone suddenly beeped. There was a message from mom.
(Zen can you go home by yourself? the car broke down, me and gade will stay in a hotel here in tagaytay. Sorry dear)
"Great, just great" I said sarcastically
"why? what's wrong?"-jabe
"my mom won't pick me up, I'll have to go home by myself and i'm still new here in manila"-zen
"How--"-jabe
Jabe was about to speak but he got cut off by shuni
"GREAT! jabe can take you home. I'm going with yzza and maureen"-shuni
"WHAT?! tsk! ok fine"-jabe
"That's settled then, maureen, yzza let's go, bye guys!"-shuni
"bye shuni"-jabe
"Uh.... bye"-zen
*awkward silence*
****at the subdivision*****
Were both walking here in our subdivision.Surprisingly! WERE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS! what the burger steak right?!
Jabe broke the ice.
"So.... are you going to be fine alone in your new house?"-jabe
"Yeah.... I think so"-zen
"Uh.. this is just a suggestion but um... how about i stay with you tonight?..... you know, till your mom and brother get's back"-jabe
"Um... ok, sure"- zen
"Ok!, I'll get my things at home first"-jabe
Is it just me or does he really have a huge grin on his face? FUDGE! then it dawned on me... what in the world of gumball did i just agreed to?!?!?!
