As we walk in the house i take a look around their mansion and ian gon lie dis a nice ass house. Probably nicer than our old one but ofc ian gon give em credit for that.

I see a 6ft man and a 5'4 woman come around the corner before i realize who they were. Mr and Mrs Iverson.

"Omg look who it is!" Tia says practically speed walking towards us.

"Boy y'all kids den got taller since i last seen y'all" Allen says. "What are y'all 7 feet?" he says making us slightly laugh.

"Hold on" Tia says making us all look at her.

"Where's my baby?" She says making Me'arah step forward. Her and Me'arah always have been super close. Idk what it is tho.

"Oh my goodness.." She says looking her up and down. I mean she is 6'3 at 15.

She instantly hugs her and they share their lil moment.

Everyone continues talking while i start to zone out. I started thinking about how Ashlyn caught me staring at her earlier. I don't even know what made me start staring but i did notice more of her features. I can't even lie Ash is fine as hell but i can't let her or the others know that. They'll probably make fun of me til the day i die and she'll probably be disgusted.

I also start thinking about how she's gonna be my neighbor for awhile. If you would've told me we would move to Cali and lived next door to the Iverson family. I would've slapped yo ass in the face.

My mind was interrupted by Allen tapping me on my shoulder. "You good boy? We called your name like 4 times" He asked.

"O-oh yea i'm fine" I manage to get out.

"You sure? If you need fresh air you can step outside. It is a lil congested in here since we've cooked." He reassured me.

"Oh no sir i'm fine" I reply.

"Aight whatever floats your boat." He says sitting down.

After standing there and taking in everything Our dad's voice suddenly boomed through the house.

"Never fear y'all Superman is here" He says running towards us.

"Chill before yo big ass knock all my paintings down" Allen says while dapping my dad up.

Shareef starts chuckling.

"Oh that was funny?" My dad says looking at em.

He instantly stops. "My bad it's just the way he said it"

"Mhmm. Y'all can step outside with your cousins. The adults have to catch up" He says taking a seat beside Allen and Tia.

He always has called us cousins because him and Allen are like brothers. I'm coo with being called cousins with everyone except for Ashlyn. That's the enemy right there.

As we walk outside and sit i see everyone except Ashlyn and Ariana. I lowkey wonder where Ash went cause i feel like getting on her nerves. Not like i wanna see her or anything tho 🕴🏽

"Wheres Ash and Ari?" Me'arah asked.

"They dumbass saw a dog and they chased it tryna catch it. Ain't no telling how far in town they den went" Adrian said lighting a blunt.

"Say you know if dad catch you smoking out here he gon whoop yo ass" Amari says scrolling on Ig.

"Man please he acting like his old ass don't be getting drunk with mom and they be having sex" He replies smoking the blunt.
