The Hooded figure

*At Earth*
-At the command Center-
It's been one whole year and 6 months sense Edward disappeared. Roy was starring at his paperwork while Riza was nagging him to do it. Roy sighed in defeat. Once Riza heard the sigh, she decided to stop. "Sir, he gone. There's nothing we can do to bring him back" Riza said as she looked over at Roy. "He can't be gone. He's not gone" Roy kept repeating. "Sir he got killed by the explosion. Please stop morning his death and do your work-" Riza said before Roy slammed his hand on the desk. " he can't be gone do you understand?! He has to be alive! Because if he's not! It's all my damn fault lieutenant!!" Roy screamed which shocked Riza. " you can't always blame yourself for the things that happened" Riza said back at Roy. Roy ran out his office. Riza sighed at looked over at the door. Roy was quickly walking through the walls. Alphonse was talking to Ross. Roy bumped into him, he didn't even bother to say sorry. He passed Ross and Alphonse and left outside. He sighed. I should go and eat something. I haven't eaten anything this pass week. Roy thought to himself. He began to walk through the streets. A loud scream echoed through a alley way. Roy ran to the alley way because he thought someone was introuble, which was true. There was a State alchemist on the floor. Their stomach was cut open and their blood and guts were everywhere. Roy was shocked. There was a hooded figure standing by the body. Roy looked over at the hooded figure. " you made a bad decision "he said as he clapped his hands and placed one of them on the wall. He created a sword. The hooded figure also created a sword, but it was out of no where. Roy cunningly smirked and attacked the hooded figure. The hooded figure attacked back. Roy was extremely surprised on how powerful the person was. The person grabbed Roy's arm and threw him to a wall. Roy groaned in pain as he stood back up. He saw that the hooded figure was running away. Roy decided to follow it. It kept destroying everything. It turned into a alley way which Roy followed. " what? Where'd it go?" Roy asked himself as he noticed that the hooded figure wasn't there anymore. Who was that? It seemed to be very powerful. It's also probably a girl. They had long hair. Roy thought to himself as he stared at the alleyway. " looking for me?" A familiar voice said behind Roy. Roy's eyes widen as he heard that voice. He quickly turned around and he saw the man he was looking for, Edward Elric. " E-ed?" Roy questioned. Edward smirked which caught Roy off guard. "Wait a minute. You can't be him. He passed away about a year ago" Roy groaned. Edward laughed and started to turn back to Envy. " oh well, I tried" Envy was laughing which made Roy even more mad. " it was you huh? Your the one that made Edward's life miserable. Your the one that started the explosion that ended up killing him!!" Roy was ready to burn the hell out of Envy. " hmmm yes and no. There's no reason for me to kill the little pipsqueck, but I did make his final moments hmm how do I say this?" Envy leaned on a wall. Roy got even more mad. " hmm let's just say that he was scared. He was screaming and crying for help, for you. *laughs* so mUCH BLOOD TOO" Envy was laughing as loud as he can. Roy ended up attacking Envy. Envy turned to Edward. " Roy?" He said which made Roy stop. Edward smirked. Roy gasped and he ran off. " exactly, you go and run you pitiful alchemist" Edward said as he turned back to Envy. He began to walk away.
Roy was out of breath and he stopped running. " I'm gonna kill him again. I'm gonna do it." Roy punched wall. He sighed.
