Love Has No Plans

Chapter 4

           This morning it was a little less hard for Ochako to get up, filled with a new strength to continue  if not for herself, but for Deku not being able to accept him not actually being with them and safe. Trying to get in a good breakfast to start out the day, she made herself some toast as per usual and headed off with the two boys (or at least one of them) towards their daily classes. Today wasn't that bad until something she found she dreaded was announced, she was hoping it wouldn't come to this point, is when they do training together, especially against one another.

         She didn't know why it made a pit in her stomach at the thought of it, maybe it would be because she would have to do more in trying to help Toga in seeming like the real deal or maybe the thought of Deku's life being threatened in the process, though she didn't know the extent of her quirk, she didn't think it would be something that allowed her to take the quirk of others. It was a surprise to most of the class that they were doing some physical training today since Aizawa sensei did say that they would be doing excessive paper work, so she didn't have time to be prepared as they were thrown into a surprise physical test.

      She gave Toga a glance but all she could see was a toothy grin that she knew was aimed at herself, choosing to trust the confidence of the smile, she convinced herself everything would be fine. After all who would do something as risky as this without a plan? After they got into their hero costumes they headed out into a room not unlike the last time they had trained when Allmight was well, and gathered together.

          When it came down to the actual training they grouped two students to face off another pair of two, one hero and one villain, and as luck would have it she had Deku, or Toga she should say, standing together she couldn't help but lean over and ask what the plan was "I'm planning on using your quirk to it's fullest of coarse!" came the reply, she could almost hear her high pitched voice as the sentence seemed out of character for someone playing Deku.

        What the actual challenging part is them having to make it through the course against another team with a single egg, treating it like a civilian and making it through the exit without their eggs breaking, which the hero team was given, and as ironic as it was, Toga was the one who was given the egg to hold at the beginning as the hero team. What made it more difficult was the rule of not damaging the building themselves, in case civilians were still in that building they shouldn't damage the structure. 

              This made Ochako very nervous, she had no idea the extent of Toga's ability nor could she guess how much her quirk really helps physically but she trusted that the other knew what they were doing. No what scared her the most was the fact they were going against Bakugo and Tsu, with Bakugo being certain to have his sights on "Deku" by nature, she was hoping Toga could withstand his abuse. They would have the entire class watching them to top it off, making her so nervous she felt she would puddle to the floor and be drained out with the sewer rats.

                "Are you okay Uraraka?" she was startled from her melting internally state by Iida's worry for her mental health as he inquired on her helpless look. "Oh yeah! Just a bit nervous is all, we will be going against a pretty hard team!" she answered, flexing her arm and patting it with her hand with a smile that was also uncertain. Despite that Iida seemed content with her answer and went to assure her that she can indeed do it since she had gone against Bakugo with just about the same circumstances. She nodded, giving a smile that said thank you for your words to which he returned the smile with a brighter one.

          "Okay students-" Aizawa sensei started off as he told them when each team would face off against each other, luckily her and Toga weren't first, but the third ones to go up against her classmates. She looked over at the blonde in disguise, she seemed like she wasn't bothered one bit which helped her settle her nerves a small bit at her forward presence in this situation.It took place in a secluded and abandoned area, not unlike last time, with crumbling buildings and a sad aura. They watched as the first two faced off, Momo and Todoroki going head on with Kaminari and Jiro who put up a good fight but in the end gave the win to the two that had played heroes.
