6:16am, Sunday October 18th
I rubbed my eyes and rolled into the warm body beside me, moaning sleepily. The body shifted and put an arm around me and before I could say anything they murmured, "good morning," in a sleeping, groggy voice.
I hummed and opened my eyes properly. Ollie yawned next to me, rubbing his own eyes. I saw Hale on the other side of him, lying awake and staring at the ceiling. He turned and gave me a ghost of a tired smile.
"What's the time?" Cas mumbled from the other side of James.
"Hmm, 6:16," Ollie replied, still trying to get the sleep out of his eyes while staring at his phone. I rolled onto my back to kiss James good morning and felt his lips on the side of my head. He encircled me with his arms and pulled me close, making me chuckle.
"Why are we awake so early?" Cas asked.
No one answered him, but he didn't go back to sleep. James nuzzled into my side and kissed the soft spot behind my ear, then nipped and sucked at my earlobe. I whined softly and tried to push him off. I had a rough night of weird dreams, mostly about my sister, and I am definitely not in the mood for sex.
"Love me," James whined. I giggled and rolled over to kiss his lips. When he pulled back for breath Casper was sitting up texting someone. Ollie and Hale were wrapped in each other's arms and Hale was kissing every inch of Ollie's face. James rolled me onto his chest. I put my head down and sighed happily.
I felt myself falling back asleep, but I can clearly hear Hale and Ollie talking. James rubbed my back, which is not helping in the staying awake department.
"You had nightmares, last night, didn't you?" James asked softly.
I nodded and heard the talking go quiet.
"Were they about your sister?"
"And the car crash." He tensed beneath me and I opened my eyes. I don't want that day to start playing on the back of my eyelids. Ollie is watching me with worried eyes and Hale has a hand on his shoulder, hoisted up on his elbow. "Did I keep you awake?"
"Not for long, Sweet," Hale murmured. I felt my cheeks flush. "You didn't wake up either. We didn't think you'd remember them, to be honest," Hale continued. I saw his eyes flick to Casper, who is sitting behind me.
"I always remember them," I replied slowly, and I saw something break in their eyes. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, frowning. "Don't you have work?" I looked at Casper, who furrowed his brows.
"What day is it?"
"Sunday," Ollie and James answered in unison. I saw Cas do some mental calculations behind his eyes and then they widened and he launched himself out of bed. I rolled into his spot and watched him rush around the room trying to find something to wear. Ollie filmed him.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck!" he exclaimed as he pulled his trousers on backwards. I giggled.
"Darling, your clothes are on backwards," James said, pushing himself onto his elbows to watch with a small smirk.
"What? Oh, shit." He took his trousers off again and then pulled them on, not bothering to do up the button. They continually fell down as he brushed his teeth and tied back his hair without so much as a run through of his fingers to get the knots out.
"This is my boyfriend after he's just been told he's late for work. Watch him run around like a chicken," Ollie said into the camera, then flipped it around to show Casper charging around the room looking for socks. He picked up a pair and smelt them, then slid them on.
