I have no idea what I'm doing

LUKES P.O.V

'Lila I have something for you' I say

'Wait what?!' She says and she looks shocked when I take my guitar

'I wrote this just for you because you know I think, no I'm sure I.. No wait I love....'

I suddenly wake up

'Calum I know what I can do to tell Lila!' I shout and I run to Calum's bed

'In the middle of the night?!' He says sleepy

'I'll write a song for her!'

'That's a really good idea but..' he says

'I need to begin right now!' I say while I search for a paper somewhere in my bag

'I really want to help you Luke but can we wait until the others are also awake?' He says and lays back in bed

'Alright' I say and I go back to bed

But I couldn't sleep so I decided to take a paper and sit in the bathroom and I start writing a few things

A few hours later I hear some voices

'Has he really been in that bathroom the whole night?!' I hear Michael saying

'Yes he waked me up in the middle of the night!' Calum answers him

'Oh that's why you are so grumpy right now' I hear Ashton saying and he and Michael start laughing

'Guys that's not funny!' Calum says

'Yes it is!' Michael says laughing

I decided to leave the bathroom and join them

'Luke!! I was wondering if you were still awake or already sleeping!' Michael says

'No I'm totally awake! I think Calum already told you my idea?' I ask and they both nod

'And do you think it's a good idea?'

'Yes! It's super romantic!' Ashton says 'I already have some ideas!'

'Do they contain unicorns?' I ask him

'No but I think that could be quite romantic' he says winking

'Well if you guys don't mind I'm going to take my bags now because in one hour we have to be at the airport' Calum says grumpy. He really didn't sleep well

We all started to pack our bags. Not that there is much to pack cause I always loose my clothes in hotel rooms for some reason

After an hour we were standing at the airport ready to fly to America

LILAS P.O.V

I was sitting with the whole crew at the airport waiting for our plane to America

I've never been in America before so this is a big deal for me. The others seems like they don't care cause they have already been there a few times

Luke is sitting a few seats away from me with the others of the band. He seems really happy. Yesterday was really weird. It began good but it ended very awkward: Luke saw my tattoo

Nobody had ever seen it so it has never been a problem until now. It's not that I can't trust Luke but I can't say to anybody where that rose stands for, it's to hard

LUKES P.O.V

Calum and I decided to sit next to each other so we could brainstorm for the song
Lila is sitting at the other side of the plane so we can talk as loud as we want

'I think you need to put some personal elements in the song, that won't make it a typical love song' Calum says

'You're right but how do I do that?' I ask him

'Do you know some little facts about her?'

'Not really expect one thing' I say meaning her tattoo

'I suggest you to talk to her and every time she says something like that you need to write it down' he says 'When you have lyrics we can all make the music!'

'Alright I hope it will work' I say

'It will believe me' Calum says nodding

We finally arrived in Sunrise, Florida. This 10 hour flight has finally ended and I feel my jet lag already coming

But we couldn't go to our hotel immediately cause the 1D boys invited us to have breakfast in the best restaurant in the city

After a while we arrived at the hotel. Ashton and I decided to share a room

'So how is the writing going?' Ashton asks

'It's going well' I answer but it really isn't. After so many hours in the plane, in the car and at the restaurant I haven't written anything. Normally writing goes automatically but I feel like I have no idea what to write

Me and Ash leave the room to go to Cal and Mikey

On our way to the third floor, where their room is, Ashton gets a text message

'Eumm Luke I just received a text from Lila, she is asking if I want to go to the city with her' Ash says 'Are you okay with that? You can say no if you don't want it'

Why does she only wants to meet Ash? Of course I don't want her to be alone with him! Maybe I was right, maybe she doesn't like me but likes him. I feel pain in my stomach. I really don't want it

'Alright just go' I say to Ash

'You sure?'

My mind says yes but my heart doesn't

'Yes' I say

'Okay I'll see you tonight?' He says and I nod

Ashton smiles and walks away. I continue my walk

When I knock at the door I already regret going to their room. I don't think this song writing will work

'Well look who's there! Come in!' Michael says opening the door

'Where is Ash?' Calum asks

'He went to the city with Lila' I say and I sit on Michaels bed

'Ow' Calum says looking sadly

'Are you okay mate?' Michael says

'I don't think the song is a good idea guys' I say

Calum stands up and sits next to me

'I don't know what Lila feels but I'm sure Ashton doesn't feel something for her and he will never date her, that's something you don't do to your best friend'

'But guys I don't have any idea what to write about! And what if she laughs at it, I don't want it to be awkward for the rest of the tour!'

'Sometimes you just need to take a risk' Michael says and takes his guitar
