George stood in the XP farm nearby his land, trying to gain power to enchant his netherite before battle. He rocked back and forth on the lapis lazuli block, talking and singing to himself as spiders spawned in the cage. After a little while, Dream wandered in.

"Oh, hi Dream," he said, smiling. The King went straight to the enchanting table.

"What're you up to?" Dream asked.

"I need more XP to enchant my gear," George said. Dream nodded.

"The fire distraction worked perfectly," Dream said after a moment. "Wilbur is at Tubbos' home assessing the damages, Tommy is asleep at the Embassy, Fundy is looking for Tubbo, and Eret is on patrol. Just as I had planned." He smirked in an evil way.

"So what're you going to do next?" George asked, moving to slay the spiders.

"Your father is my target," Dream said.

"Are you gonna kill him? Is that your next idea for showing strength?" George asked nervously. Even though Eret had betrayed him and was somewhat cruel towards him, he still loved his father very much.

"No," Dream said, finishing his enchantments and turning to George. "I'm gonna get him on our side."

"How?" George asked, collecting the green and yellow balls fluttering on the ground nearby him.

"I know what he wants," Dream said. "Power. I'm gonna convince him to become a double-agent for us. How will I do that you ask? If he can secure victory for us, I'll make him King."

"You'd give up your throne for this?" George asked.

"Yes. I'm not the best King around these parts. Eret will do so much better than I would. You'll be a true prince if he's King as well," Dream said. "I'm sure he wants to see you again."

"I trust you Dream," George said, pulling him into a hug. "You're why I came here in the first place."

"I love you," Dream said, kissing George on the cheek. He was willing to be a prince again if George was at his side.

"I love you too," George replied, blushing. Words couldn't describe how much he loved Dream.

Eret paced around in the forest close by his base, watching his surroundings closely. Although he was the lowest ranked of his kingdom, he still had pride that he was a part of something. Suddenly, he heard footsteps behind him.

"Who's there?" he shouted with his deep, intimidating, booming voice. "Show yourself!" Despite being a rather calm individual, Eret could certainly be commanding when needed.

"I come in peace," the voice said, still behind the trees.

"You'll go in pieces if you don't show yourself," Eret hissed, drawing his crossbow. King Dream emerged from behind the trees with nothing but a sword on his waist. He had his hands up peacefully.

"That's no way to speak to a King," Dream said coolly. Eret fired one shot, striking Dream in the chest and knocking him to the ground.

"You aren't my King anymore," he growled. Dream stood up slowly and ripped the arrow out of his chest. Blood began to soak his clothes.

"Put the crossbow down, I'll put my sword down. I just want to speak with you," Dream said calmly, trying not to show how much pain he was in. Eret complied, setting his crossbow and arrow quiver down on the ground. Dream drew his sword slowly and set it down beside the crossbow, maintaining eye contact with Eret so as to not appear threatening. Eret walked over to him and the pair sat down.
