Aaah, Austria. It felt like heaven after going through hell. Swimming in the lake, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin and the softness of your boyfriend's washed hair. Ron and you had been together ever since you two met and fell in love in Normandy. After being together for such a long time you started to notice his flaws such as being reckless, possessive and ofcourse his inability to not steal. But the stealing bothered you the most, to make you happier he started to steal less. When you arrived in Austria and saw all the rich people's houses you knew he would have a relapse. In the beginning you forced him the put the stolen stuff back but after seeing the concentration camps you didnt felt any compassion anymore for the people he stealt from.
Today was a good day, you had a wonderful swim with your best friend Dick and you didn't have training or needed to work. When you arrived back at yours and Ron's room you saw all the silverware in his hands. He smiled sheepishly at you "What are you going to do with so much silver?" you asked. "That's a suprise" he winked.
Next day
You had just finished some basic training with the other guys and walked in your room. Ron was sitting on your bed.
He stood up, turned you around and whispered in your ear "Close your eyes." "Oh, I'm supposed to trust you now?" you laughed. "I know you do" you felt him smiling in your neck. You closed your eyes, Ron stepped back and you heard him search something. "Open your eyes" Speirs was in front of you on one knee with a silver ring. "Y/n y/l/n will you marry me?" he asked with a grin on his face. "Yes, I do" you yelled, and your fiance putted the ring around your finger. He had one for himself too. "So this is what you did with all the silver" you laughed. He held you tightly in his arms and looked in your eyes "I love you" " I love you too" your lips connected.
