No Kaito stans the entire fandom doesn't hate Kaito and some of you all are acting no better than the toxic Kokichi fans
Kaito isn't a God that lifts poor souls from depression like some of you Kaito stans seem to think
The entire cast demonizes Kokichi for the majority of the game even if he actually did do nothing (also most of the demonizing is done mostly by Kaito)
Kaede isn't that good you guys we barley know anything about her except that she likes piano and heavily thirsts after girls
Leon isn't that great like that great of a character and he's a fucking simp like wow ok simp-
Sayaka isn't much better than Kaede if you think Sayaka is a snake that call Kaede a snake cuz they did practically the exact same thing except Kaede killed of a character I liked-
No but really they both kinda set up the soft baby boys for murder (although Kaede kinda did it by accident a little bit didn't make that much of an effort to fix that) they are both music talents, both were shipped with ahoge soft boy before nearing a brutal death at the hands of baseball simp and Junko's FNAF oc respectively

Fun fact Kokichi is canonically 17 during the time of the game we know this because on his birth this year I think it was Kodaka who said that Kokichi had turned 20 this year. When did the game come out? 2017. How long ago was that? 3 years ago. 20-3=17 thereby making Kokichi 17 when the game took place .

Ok the cast was barely mad a Kiyo when HE MURDERED 2 PEOPLE and when Kokichi turns around and does the same thing EVERYONE IS UP IN ARMS LIKE WTF GUYS YOU LET KIYO A LITERAL SERIAL KILLER OF THE HOOK BUT WHEN KOKICHI TRIES TO SAVE HIS OWN LIFE HE'S SATAN?!

Kokichi: *sacrifices 2 people to save his own life while one of those people set up an entire scheme to kill Kokichi but they were dumb and told Kokichi all about their plot to kill him so in self defense he gets good boy Gonta to kill dumb bitch Miu which I will admit was an asshole move*

there are a lot of problems of how the cast treats Kokichi in the game I mean like Kirumi literally planned to sacrifice the whole cast AND THEY CHEERED HER ON, Kaede was so ready to pin everything on Shuichi, Kiyo killed Tenko cuz he felt like it and something about a seesaw, Keebo was going to kill EVERYONE until Shuichi told him that probably wasn't a very good idea, but yeah V3 cast Kokichi is obviously the bad guy. Fucking cunts.
Hinanami and Naegiri aren't forced or bad they are very valid ships the main reason for that being because they knew each other for more than a week and knew more about each other than "she play piano" and "he shy detective"

Really hot take here I'm guessing most people who hate Kokichi hate him because or his surface level personality and actions and all they see from him is "annoying bad guy" OR they just hate the toxic Kokichi stans and that makes them hate the character which while ok I get it that's happened to me before too maybe if you lean more about the thing everyone is talking about than you might like it too. Instead of hating something that everyone likes try the thing they like and than judge it yourself after getting to know it.
