while i hope that you all enjoy this book, i do understand that the passing of naya rivera is still raw for some people, and thus i would like to clarify that by no means do i intend to be disrespectful by using her likeness - for the wonderful character that she played - in my story. if anyone feels like this could be insensitive in any way, then i am sorry, but i would like to make it clear that i am strictly using santana lopez, not naya rivera.
in my mind, santana is currently living her best life with brittany, (or maybe in this case, alexis) and if you have any concerns then i want to clarify that i am using the character, and not the actor.
i apologise if this is unnecessary, but i felt like it was something i needed to just address before this begins.
