Chapter 1

Quintons P.O.V
I had been crushing on Bryce for awhile now but nobody actually knew. I usually kind of kept any type of feeling inside. That's included happiness,sadness and well my crushes. I was going over to the sway house for a visit. Me and Kio had planned it the week before. We decided that I would stay for three months. I know that sounded like a long time for just a "visit" but my home life was actual shit so I didn't mind.

I was on the plane over when I guess it finally hit me how much I would probably be bothering the boys. I almost instantly became selfconsious. I stayed completely silent the rest of the ride just looking out the window and listening to my depressed playlist.

I was looking off into space when I heard someone saying my name. I turned around and seen Kio standing there with a big smile on his face while Griffin stood behind him wrapping him in his arms. Quinton smiled back and slowly made his way over to them. Kio got out of Griffins grasp and pulled me into a bone crushing hug. I hugged back with way less enthusium. Kio didn't seem to mind and just pulled away still smiling. I always wondered how a person could be so smiley.

I got the thought out of the way and looked over to Griffin. He pulled me into a hug too just not as rough as Kio. We pulled away and he started taking my bags. I swatted his hands away and took them myself so that he wouldn't have to do anything extra. He just looked at me confused and tried again. But I swatted his hands away giving him an "it's fine" and taking the bags myself. Kio looked at me weird but nonetheless started walking in the direction of the car pulling Griffin behind him.

I walked behind them sort of struggling with my bags but obviously not telling them. When we got to the car I threw my bags in the trunk sitting in the back seat not saying a word to either if them. I noticed Kio looking at me but I just looked away pretending I didn't see him. Griffin got in the driver's seat starting the car while Kio got in the passengers seat. Griffin started pulling away and I just looked out the window trying my best to make my presence unknown hoping not to bother anyone.

Kios P.O.V
I don't know why but Quinton was acting really strange. He wasn't saying anything and seemed almost nervous. He never really acted this way but I tried to think nothing of it just going back to listening to the radio. After a bit of driving I decided that I needed to use the washroom so I told Griffin and he just nodded saying that he would pull into the neat gas station he seen. I nodded back sighing in relief when I seen one.

Griffin pulled into it and went to one of the gas things so that he could fill our tank up. I got out but not before asking Quinton if he wanted anything from inside. He just looked at me and shook his head saying that he wasn't hungry. I didn't say anything and just made my way over to the building so that I could release my bladder. I finished using the bathroom and picked up two bags of chips along with two drinks for me and Griffin. I felt bad for not getting Quinton anything but decided not to dwell and just payed for the stuff. I got back to the car and Quinton didn't seem to care that I didn't get him anything so I thought nothing more on the topic.

We got to the house about 30 minutes later. The whole time we were driving it was silence accept for the short conversations me and Griffin would have or the radio. Quinton stayed quiet though and I was starting to get kind of worried about him. He smiled at me in the airport but I could tell something was wrong I just had no idea what.
