-ˏˋ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟎𝟎𝟐  ˊˎ-

Draco, Astoria, Goyle and Crabbe had woken up and are now in flying class.

"Good morning class" Madam Hooch greeted as she walked through the path of students.

"Good morning Madam Hooch" They all said in a blunt tone.

"Welcome to your very first flying lesson, well what are you waiting for? Everyone step up to the left side of their broom!" She demanded as the students did exactly as told.

"Stick your right hand over the broom and say UP!" She added.

Astoria's broom flew to her hand immediately as if it was meant to be... Draco on the other hand didn't get so lucky but eventually it worked.

"Now that you've all got your brooms I want you to mount, and grip on tight... we don't want anyone falling off. Now when I blow my whistle I want each of you to kick off the ground HARD! Keep your broom steady, hover for a moment, then lean forward slightly and touch back down" She directed.

"On my whistle.. 3 - 2" she blew her whistle as students tried their very best to launch off.

Nevile Longbottom's broom flew up higher than told and started flying off earning a panic from everyone except from Draco and Astoria who were laughing their heads off.

Nevile twisted and turned and zigged and zagged but every second he would get higher and further from the lot.

"Mr Longbottom I demand that you return this instant!" Draco mocked, causing Astoria to laugh harder.

Nevile smacked against the wall a few times before coming back down and charging at the students, They all threw themselves to the side as Nevile flew straight up and got his robe stuck on a statue, leaving him to dangle in the air.

Eventually his robe ripped and he fell to the ground causing everyone to gasp and Madam Hooch to rush over to the poor student laying on the ground.

Draco spotted a remembrall laying on the ground so he bent down and grabbed it in his hands.

"Everyone is to keep their feet sternly on the ground while I take Mr Longbottom to the hospital wing" Madam Hooch demanded caring Nevile out of there.

Draco and Astoria pushed their way to the center of all the students as everyone formed a tight circle around the two trying to see what Draco had in his hands.

"Did you see his face? Maybe if the fat lumber had given this a squeeze then he would have landed on his fat arse" Draco laughed chucking the remembrall to Astoria who was laughing.

"Give it here Greengrass!" Harry demanded stepping up to the girl.

"No, I think we'll hold onto it for Longbottom to find" She smirked chucking it to Draco who flew up on his broom.

"How bout on the roof?" Astoria laughed.

"What's the matter Potter? Bit behind your reach?" Draco laughed.

Harry mounted on his broom before Hermione could stop him.

"Harry! You don't even know how to fly and besides you heard Madam Hooch!" She sternly said.

Harry ignored the girl and flew off behind Draco..

"What an idiot" Astoria and Hermione said in unison but with different tones.

"Give it here Malfoy or i'll knock you off your broom!!" Harry yelled.

"Is that so?" Draco smirked.

Harry tried to knock Draco off his broom but Draco was too quick he did a quick spin on his broom, psyching Harry out.

"Have it your way then," Draco simply said, throwing the remembrall into the sky.

Harry zoomed past Draco catching the remembrall just in time as Draco landed perfectly on the ground next to Astoria.

"Looks like Potter's about to get busted here comes Hooch!" Astoria laughed.

Sadly Harry landed just before Madam Hooch could walk over there.

"Sorry to bust your bubble Greengrass" Harry smirked.

Draco and Astoria scoffed and walked away to the other side.

"We'll get that filthy Potter, don't you worry" Draco smiled.

"Oh I'm not worried, not one bit" She replied smiling back at him.

"Let's go, we have potions next," She added.

And so the two kids marched down the halls to potions class earning a look of fear from almost everyone they passed.
