The Notebook -Todoroki x Reader-

Chapter 10

Todoroki felt a hand on his shoulder and it was Fatgum. Todoroki looked at him and rose to his feet and hugged Fatgum. He has never given any affection to anyone till she showed up. Hell he never felt like this, so heart broken, till she came and left.

"Todoroki, if I know Y/n she'll write to you if it isn't over, if not then I guess you need to move on." Fatgum said his voice serious. Todoroki nodded his head as he understood and couldn't wait for her first letter. He walked back to the school. He looked so dead, Uraraka and Izuku helped Todoroki fight his anger and his pain. With training and with missions.

Y/n wrote Todoroki a letter each day for a year, 365 letters, and each letter telling him how much she missed him. She always checked her mail box for a response or something from him. But nothing came. She soon wrote the very last letter to him as a sign of cutting it off and endding it. She kissed the paper and placed the letter in the slot. She ran to her room and cried. Y/n started her first training job at her college three years later, she was loving her new career as teacher. One day as she was getting ready for her class a man with dark brown hair walked up to her. He looked like he was in his mid 20's.

"Hello, um miss, I'm here on a mission and I was told you speak Japanese here is that true." He asked his voice smooth and deep. She nodded her head at him and he sighed in relief. "Great my name's Yo Shindo and I am here looking for a man that looked like this." He said as he showed a photo of Dave.

"May I ask why?" Y/n responded she saw him jump and his eyes widen.

"Well, um, you see, All might needs him for a replacement on his hero costume." Shindo said as he looked at Y/n she nodded her head.

"He'll be in the main building, you should see two willow tree's facing each other and a fountain in the center of it. You just need to go straight from here." She instructed and he nodded his head. He turned around and walked through the door and went on his marry way. Y/n felt a tug in her heart from watching him leave. She soon saw students start to fill in and start to take their seats. And soon she started to teach, little did she know that the door she heard wasn't a student but Shindo himself. He watched her teach and speak he loved how she looked when she taught how she spoke loud and passionate. The bell rang and students left, Shindo was about to walk up to her but a person walked up to her and handed her a paper. The body nodded in approval and left.

Shindo took this oppratunity to walk up to her. He saw her jump lightly as she packed up her items, she was humming a tune happily not noticing the body that was infront of her. When she looked up she screamed making him jump she placed a hand to her chest a light giggle escaped her lips.

"I see, you must have finished your mission?" She asked as she walked to him and he followed her out the room. He nodded his head and hummed in response.

"Yes but I also have a personal mission." He said a smirk making its way to on his lips.

"Oh, what kind of mission." She asked.

"Well I need to ask a certain girl out on a date, you see I just met her today and I really do think that I should treat her to a date expesially of I did scare her." He said with a smirk on his face. Y/n looked at him and giggled. "So? Will you go on a date with me right now?" He asked.

"I would love to however can I make a suggestion, you need to change from yout hero costume to a more better appropiate clothing, I mean if you don't mind." She said as she giggled. He hummed in response. He nodded his head as he looked at her he was about to speak but was cut off when she raised her hand to him. "I will also change my clothes to the occasion." She finishes. And he chuckles and nods his head they went on that date and she loved it, Y/n was surprised how fast she fell in love with him.

Two years later Y/n graduated her college and was moving back to Musutafu with her now boyfriend Shindo. They both moved in together. Shindo met Fatgum and he knew who he was and was happy for Y/n. However he knew who she was happiest with. Shindo thought now was the best time to pop the question since she was about ot start her new job and UA as a teacher.

He took Y/n and Fatgum to dinner he told Fatgum his plan and asked for approval. And Fatgum gave his blessing and approved the marriage. That night Shindo was so nervous.

"Okay, I so I was wondering why we shouldn't get married." He said as he took a sip of the champagne that was on the table. She smiled and looked at him and watched Fatgum walked away from them and to the dj.

"Oh is that so?" She asked, "and why shouldn't we?" She asked once again.

"Well you know, your beautiful, smart, fantastic. And I am well, a strong hero, and well built and you know smart like you but you're smarter." He said as he looked at her. She giggled and made a gagging motion.

"Well you do know that you need my fathers blessing and such." She said.

"Oh well I already asked him and he said yes." He said as if it was nothing.

"What?" She asked as she looked to Fatgum and saw his smile.

"Also this." He said making her turn her head to see him and gasped at the ring it was a medium diamond cut and had a silver binding.

"Yes!" She exclaimed and she jumped to him and kissed his lips he got up and ran to the stage and made an announcement about them however when she said yes Todoroki's face came to mind.

Todoroki finished his schooling and started his way up in the hero buissiness. He waited for a letter each day and nothing showed up. He began to realize that it was over and his relationship with her had ended. He cried and became depressed for a whole year. He really concidered becomeing a villian but with no moral compass or be any kind of threat to the city. He soon was told he had to do a mission in Europe. He was teamed up with Izuku. They had to find a man that was tormenting the citizens of Germany. They were in teh middle of the mission when the man had attacked the two heros, causing Izuku to be escorted to the hospital at home base.

Todoroki was teh one who finished the mission. He went home to his father as his father had changed his ways ever since Y/n left and the mission almsot cost his sons life.

"Welcome home Shoto." Endeavor exclaimed as he hugged his son, Todoroki still wasn't used to his affection so he stiffend at his touch. He let go of Todoroki and walked him inside of the house.

As Todoroki looked around he walked back to his room and saw that it was empty now and was now filled with boxes upon boxes.

"Um, father why is my room covered with boxes? Where is my stuff?" Todoroki asked as he looked for his father.

"Ah yes, I almost forgot, I bought your dream home." He said as he looked around the kitchen and picked up a peice of paper that said how the house is in Todoroki's name.

"Thank you so much!" Todoroki said as he engulfed his father in a hug. Endeavor froze from teh affection and smiled down at his son and returned the hug.

"No problem son." He said. The two got into a car and started their way to the house Todoroki loved. As they arrived to the house the only thing that came to his mind was Y/n.
