Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the consent of the recipient. Sexual assault occurs when a person is forced, coerced, or manipulated into any unwanted sexual activity.
With Cloud telling Spencer about her experience with sexual assault, I wanted Spencer to tell Cloud what I wish someone had told me when I went through it. With that being said, if you experienced sexual assault, I'm so sorry. Know that what you went through wasn't your fault and I believe you. I'm always here if you need someone to reach out to. I know I struggled with the idea that it really happened. I questioned if I had just made all of it up in my head. I felt horrible. Know you aren't alone and at the very least, I went through it to. I try to keep these fairly subjective and 100% educational, but it's also important to know you're never alone in anything you're going through.
