jisung could proudly say that working in an office was worse than when he part-timed at the 711 three blocks from his old house during high school. he could also say that it was one hundred percent better because his floor manager was hot. the tall, slightly awkward male had just turned twenty-one and he already dreaded going into work each morning.

but what else can you do when you don't have the money for college but you can do math like it's nothing?

life was unfair and so was the weather. the walk to the broken down building made him shiver from the cold. coat too thin really protect him from the cold, he huddled into himself, quickening his pace. once at the building, jisung noticed that he'd be the one opening up today.

key in hand, he steps into the slightly warmer place and climbed up the stairs. what point is a building with an elevator that didn't work?

fifteen minutes passed and jisung managed to finally start his computer, get his floor somewhat running and was typing away at the document he was supposed to be editing. the door opened and in walked his floor manager.

black hair slicked back and glasses perched on his face, the small man always made an effort to look good–no matter how shitty his workplace was.
