She stared over my shoulder at the plants before me, her face squirming at the sight of the plants. I could feel the pain radiating against my skin from being so close to the plants. I looked at her and she shuddered once I tried to pick one up, afraid to come close to the yellow wolfsbane.
"Where the hell do you get all of this?" She asked, looking at all the wolfsbane that was I had assembled up. I grabbed my gun, loading it up with wolfsbane bullets.
"I like to garden, ya know green thumb and all." I said with a smile.
"So we're going to shoot your bestfriend with these?" She asked. I nodded and put blue laced wolfsbane bullets in the second gun. "That's for Kira and Liam, but will that even work on her?"
I shrugged my shoulders, that question still bothering me. "All I know is that the fox has a lot in common with the wolf." I whispered. I looked at her and she shrugged.
It was happening tonight. We were going to kill my best friend which wasn't what I wanted at all. However they had to be dead in order for this plan to work, in order for me to figure out where Derek was. Even though Lexi said we had some sort of bond I couldn't figure out where he was for the life of me. Here I was, coming up with a plan to kill and save all my friends yet I couldn't even find the one person I truly wanted. I felt so useless.
"They have to be dead. We have to shoot them enough that they die." I whispered.
"You think they won't react afterwards? I mean they don't know the plan." She said.
"That's the problem. We're going to have to shoot them where it hurts, immobolize them." I said softly. I got up and looked at her when a knock came to the door. I slowly walked to it, looking out the peephole to see a face I didn't know. I turned around to look at Lexi and she shrugged her shoulders, both of us pretty sure that we weren't suppose to have company but instead just head straight for the school.
I opened the door and we both looked at the unknown brown haired girl. "Malia Tate." She said simply, before turning and walking towards the end of the hall. She stopped and turned towards us, "Are you coming or not?"
"We're early." I said, realizing that we still had more than half an hour of time beforw we were supposed to head out.
"That's the point, dad changed the plans so he sent me."
I looked at Lexi and she looked at me, uncertainty crossing both of our faces. This was going to fuck up everything I had planned. "Wing it." I mouthed as she grabbed the guns and walked towards me, placing them in my hands. I placed them in beneath my waistband on either side and walked out after her, both us traveling beside each other.
We got outside, letting the girl lead us not to the car but to a spot close by. A block away we met up with Kate, who looked more frustrated than usual. "What's going on?" Lexi asked before I could open my mouth.
"Peter doesn't think you can be trusted Stiles, but who knows. I think you could surprise us. Even Robin grew fed up of being Batman's sidekick."
"I'm not Robin, Robin is lame." I grumbled, crossing my arms. Lexi chuckled slightly, straightening up once I glared at her. "So what's the new plan?" I asked her.
"We attack, now." She told me.
"Wait, what?" I asked softly.
"Follow me." Kate said in an annoyed voice, walking to a car that was near. She got in and we followed in behind her, all of us sitting quietly as she drove the car. What I didn't epect was for her to pull up at the school.
"What's going on? It's still daytime." I said, looking around.
"Mhmm," Kate said, getting out of the car. I got out followed by the girls, who were looking around with as much as a blank expression as I had.
"What are we going to do?" I asked her.
She turned around, facing me, a trimphant smile on her face. "Isn't it pretty obvious by now Stiles?" She asked, walking like she owned the school. Hell I was sure she thought she owned the entire town.
"Just tell me what's going on Kate and stop beating around the bush." Lexi said my words for me.
"How about you tell them Malia." Kate said, walking through the school's doors. I froze and looked at Malia, searching her face for anything.
"Everyone." Malia said, nodding at the school.
"Evveryone, there's nothing going on except after school and lacrosse practice." I whispered.
"Everyone." Malia said again. She walked in to the school after Kate, leaving the two of us there stranded. I looked at Lexi and she repeated Malia's words.
"Stiles aren't Scott, Kira, and Liam on the lacrosse team?" She asked me.
I nodded slowly, finally realizing what they both meant. "Everyone, as in they're going to kill everyone in the school." I mumbled an uneasiness crawling through my body. I heard the first set of screams, reaching through the closed doors. This was not apart of thhe plan.
