JADE

Beck and Jade tried to patch things up. They kept each other company all throughout the day, but one could feel the coldness between them.

After school, Jade just wanted to stay in Beck's RV. However, Beck insisted that they go to Tori's because their friends were there.

"They are not at Tori's!" Jade huffed at Beck. "Cat texted me that she was doing a project with Robbie, and Andre was finishing a song for one of his classes!" She asserted.

"They are at Tori's!" Beck retorted. "Maybe they just did not want us to know because we were just named as the worst couple!"

Jade glared at her boyfriend. She couldn't believe that he would bring it up once again. "Really? You're still not over that worst couple thing?"

"Who wouldn't? Have you forgotten that the two couples were not even real couples and yet they were still able to guess each other's preferences correctly?!" Beck was already raising his voice.

But Beck wasn't really upset by the fact that they were the worst couple. He was upset that he could not seem to fix whatever it was that was bugging their relationship.

Jade did not fight back anymore. She agreed to come with Beck as long as they take her car. She was not really sure of what she was thinking. Something in her gut told her that they should take her own car, or else she might end up walking home.

Beck yielded to Jade's demand. As long as he could bring Jade with him, he was fine driving her car.

When they arrived at Tori's, Beck rang the door bell.

"Oh. Great! It's you guys..." Tori was obviously feigning. She was truly surprised though that Beck and Jade were standing on their door.

Beck stepped inside raising his hands as if showing Jade that their friends were indeed all there. "See? They're all here. I told you they'd all be here." He remarked.

Tori tried to explain why were they not invited, but Andre could not stand making a fool out of them anymore, especially with Jade.

"Alright, we didn't invite you guys to play. Because you two are always screamin' at each other. And it makes everybody feel awkward. And makes Cat faint and sometimes it makes Robbie cry!"

Andre was not lying, but if he was to be honest, he would say that he couldn't take seeing Jade get hurt once again. Jade had been very distant lately, and he couldn't understand why Beck seemed not to notice it.

After Robbie admitted that he cried six times whenever Beck and Jade bickered, Beck reiterated his point, "See? We fight so much, even our friends don't want us around!" He yelled.

Jade tried to calm herself down. She was not in the mood to level with Beck, "Tori's not my friend. I only tolerate Robbie. No one likes Trina. And Cat's basically a pet."

Tori then tried to deescalate the situation by telling them to join the game. However, it seemed that Beck had something different in mind.

"Look, I don't wanna be your boyfriend if we're just gonna fight all the time." Beck had finally verbalized what he had been thinking all this time.

"So, you wanna break up?" Jade asked, she seemed not to be surprised by what Beck had said.

Beck shrugged his shoulder and tried to explain that that was not what he really meant. "No, I didn't say that! I'm just saying..."
